The room is clean and big. The staffs are helpful and nice. However, there are some high frequency sound from machine on my floor corridor. It ends on the last day of my stay.

Considering that the prices in Berlin are becoming crazy expensive this hotel is still affordable. The room was basic but clean. Stayed there three nights.
If you travel for pleaser please keep the local taxes into considerations: during the days I stayed there I spent almost ten euros per day for them.

They advertise free covid tests but when you ask they tell you to go to another place where they charge you. I don't like this business conduct.

Checked in for the second time. The location is very good. U8 is right at the door. There is S line to the Chinese Embassy in 5 minutes' walk. There is also U2 at the same distance. The room is clean and quiet, I like the decoration style, and the staff are friendly. The Berlin bear and Berlin map at the door are cute

This is a great hotel but it’s really disappointing to book a superior double room at extra cost, only to find that it has 2 single beds side by side in it. When I asked for a double I was told that there were none available.
Everything else was good but please don’t advertise a twin room as a superior double

Room smelt slightly of smoke when we arrived but not bad enough to ask to be moved. Kettle didn’t work but was replaced when we spoke to reception. Water leaked from the shower so had to put towels on the floor. Cleaned daily, location great for getting around Berlin either on foot or using public transport. Slightly disappointing that the being a silver member we would receive a bottle of sparking wine, it was a small individual bottle & not a 750ml which I would have expected.

We enjoyed the hotel very much. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby and bar area was nicely decorated and comfortable. The bed was a tad soft for our taste. I enjoyed the hotel very much but not 100% sure I’d stay again due to the location. Not much in close walking distance at night. In fairness, there is a subway across the street, the hotel will call a cab for you, or download the Bolt app.
