The room is not big, but clean. The water in the shower is not smooth. The hotel service is nothing special. There is a shopping mall below the hotel, which is more convenient for shopping and eating.

The staff was friendly and helpful. As a result of the relatively close proximity to the Spandau long-distance train station and the subway plus shopping malls, the location is very good. The room was always clean. The Internet was a disaster. The TV screen could be bigger. The room is rather small. The mattress keeps slipping. We travel around the world and this is the first time we have a room without complimentary kettle/coffee/teas on the room table. Also, the room rate is expensive.

Excellent service. All staff very kindly. The room clean and the smell so good. Thank you for your service, breakfast so amazing with so many options. With beautiful city view I like stay in this hotel. Next time I will came back again with my family 😊

Zentralste Lage in Spandau mit erstaunlich ruhigem Zimmer: Die Fenster halten den Straßenlärm komplett draußen. Großartige Aussicht aus den oberen Etagen über Spandau. Ansonsten: Ein Ibis halt. Einrichtung des Zimmers Standard, Sauberkeit ohne Beanstandungen. Das Frühstück fand ich ein wenig zu teuer für Auswahl und Ambiente - Rührei aus der Tüte und kein Bacon ...

115€ im DZ ohne Frühstück ist das Zimmer nicht wert. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof muss man als positiv bewerten. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt, das Mobiliar veraltet. Der Teppichboden hat schon vieles mitgemacht. Leider gibt es in Spandau kein Motel One. Die Standard Motel One Zimmer übertreffen um Längen das Ibis Spandau.

Ich war eine Nacht im Ibis. Ein Ibis halt, aber gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof Spandau und günstig. Die Zimmer waren sauber, ruhig und ok. Der Preis war günstig. Diesmal gab es auch Strom am Bett, da ein Steckdosenwürfel da war.

Hotel in guter Lage gegenüber des Bahnhofs und direkt an den Spandauarkarden; Altstadt fussläufig erreichbar; freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service; Komfort und Ausstattung des Zimmers eher einfach. Preis für diesem Komfort eher hoch.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Spandauer Bahnhof und ist so ein super Ausgangspunkt wenn man in die Innenstadt möchte. Die Zimmer sind okay. Natürlich erwartet man nun in einem Ibis keinen Luxus aber einige Möbel gehören dann doch mal ausgetauscht, da sie doch ziemlich ramponiert waren. Auch die Zimmerreinigung und die Rezeption hätten besser sein können. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt und können es dadurch nicht bewerten.
