Quite far out from the centre but close to the metro

The location of this hotel is very convenient, especially with its close proximity to the metro station, which made getting around the city quite easy. However, the surrounding area lacks some essential amenities such as supermarkets and laundromats, which made our stay slightly inconvenient. One of the main issues we experienced was the lack of follow-up from the staff. I requested toothpaste and a replacement pair of slippers more than once, but was repeatedly told by reception that these items could only be obtained from housekeeping during their morning rounds. Since we had early departures and returned late each day, we rarely had a chance to see housekeeping. It wasn't until the third night that we finally received what we needed. Additionally, the hotel description mentioned that a laundry room was available, but when we arrived, we found that this facility was not actually present. This made it very difficult for us to do laundry throughout our stay. Overall, while the hotel's biggest advantage is its convenient access to public transportation, I hope the management can work on improving staff responsiveness and ensuring that the listed amenities accurately reflect what is available.

Decent and new hotel located at the edge of Neukölln. Easy access to U7 which can get you into many parts of Berlin. Some rooms faces the street which meant we had to keep our curtains drawn all the time. Rooms were clean and well equipped too, would appreciate more hooks in the bathroom and lights in the wardrobe

The hotel is new, about six months old, everything is clean and looks great, it's clear that a lot of thought has been put into the design. Unfortunately, not enough thought was given to the functionality of the rooms, the room with glass walls, facing the sun, which is more of a greenhouse effect in the room, the room is too hot at all hours of the day, and it was only 24 degrees Celsius outside, the air conditioner does not cool at all, and on a spring day, not as hot as it was on the weekend, it reached 33 degrees. I complained at the desk, the receptionist came to check the air conditioner - why is he acting as a technician? . His answer was that the thermostat should be raised from 19 to 21 and then the shield will cool down more. Seriously? The bathroom is very small and cramped. There is nowhere to put personal belongings. The glass wall of the shower is tiny, and a lot of water splashes onto the floor. At the end of the shower you have to use a towel to dry the floor, so it cannot be used again. The elevator has only one call button, and not an up or down arrow as is customary, so when you press the call button, Anyone who wants to go up stops at your floor. Every opening or closing of the elevator is accompanied by a ding-dong, which disturbs the rooms adjacent to the elevator. The breakfast is excellent, and a chef prepares fresh delicacies and pastries.
