The hotel is great, the rooms are very good and clean. It has several supermarkets nearby, the metro station is about 15m away.

The hotel is a bit hidden in the back courtyard - but it is still central, as everything is within walking distance. If you are looking for a pure hotel, you have come to the wrong place in my opinion. Everything is clean and modern, but it also has the charm of a start-up center. The fact that the rooms are only cleaned every 7 days (!!!) (for environmental reasons, of course) should show that this is a special hotel. It is great that hotel guests can use the co-working space. That is obviously the target group. However, the price is too expensive for the standard that is offered. Conclusion: Interesting concept that has not yet been fully developed!

We stayed in this newly opened complex for a week and were very satisfied. The 4 out of 5 stars are because there are a few small things that could either be improved or that you should be aware of beforehand. However, all of these points are "complaining at a high level". But more on that later. The entire complex consists of several parts. In addition to the "hotel operation", there are long-term apartments, co-working spaces, a fitness room and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. We stayed in the hotel rooms. The rooms are large, spacious, modern and, having opened a few months ago, still completely new. The disadvantage of the rooms is the fact that there is no air conditioning. Since we had temperatures of well over 30 degrees at the weekend and the sun hit our room and the black window frames from midday, it was extremely hot until sunset. Only closing the windows completely and darkening them with the curtains provided some relief. Of course, this only works if you are out and about during the day and not using the room, as we did. We didn't have a closet. That's OK for short stays, but two people for a week with nothing but their travel bags is a bit chaotic. There were also a few hooks missing in the bathroom for hanging up bags, used towels, etc. For environmental reasons, the rooms are only cleaned and the bed linen and towels are only changed every 7 days, which we really appreciated. If you want new towels beforehand, you can order them at reception. The hotel serves a small breakfast, but we didn't use it. So I can't say anything about that. What I did miss was the option to have a beer in the evening after returning home. There is a drinks machine, but it only sells non-alcoholic drinks. It would be nice to add some beer here too. There is no bar in the evening. The snack machines were usually 80 percent empty. You would also like the operators to refill them more regularly. Unfortunately, the terrace was playing music from 8 a.m. on weekends. Since our room was above, we had to close the windows, which could have been avoided in the heat. This was not the case during the week, as far as we could tell. The hotel is very well connected to public transport on foot through the backyard of the "Rathaus-Center-Pankow". The tram and bus are a 5-minute walk away. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn are a 10-15-minute walk away. There are also parking spaces on site that can be booked. In our opinion, all of the small criticisms are "moaning at a high level" and in no way detract from the quality of the accommodation. We felt comfortable and will definitely come back, because in our opinion the price and performance are just right here.

Alles was wir für einen Kurztrip in Berlin benötigen wurde geboten. Die Lage ist super, da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Die S-Bahn ist um die Ecke, viele Restaurants & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Da wir nur übernachten wollten, um uns die Stadt anzusehen total ausreichend. Die Betten sind bequem, alles ist sehr modern und der Service freundlich. Toll sind auch die zusätzlichen Angebote wie Co-Working, Gym, Food-Automaten, Self-Check In und Food-Automaten. Wir würden wieder kommen und klar weiterempfehlen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.
