Pet- and tourist-unfriendly place. My latest experience very much resembled extortion. I was charged 100 euro for dog’s fur on the bedsheets and 150 euro for dog’s fur on the floor (the hotel representative had to put quite an effort into scraping some with her shoe) and an approx 0,5 mm brown-ish spot on the carpet which they claimed to be “blood” (considering that there was an approx 5 cm black stain on the carpet as of my checkin which hotel apparently didn’t see as something of an issue to me as a guest). I used to like this hotel (despite being placed on several occasions in rooms with obvious sewage issues), until I stayed there with my dog. I presented my dog at the reception at the checkin (that is the receptionist saw the dog). Paid 15 eur per day pet fee and proceeded to the room. No additional rules, policies or verbal requests were presented to me. My dog damaged a pouffe which I informed the hotel about at the checkout and happily paid whatever was asked of me (200 eur). In addition to that I was demanded to pay 100 eur for some fur on bedsheets and 150 eur for some fur on the floor as mentioned above. No oficial price list was presented. No explanation why 15 eur a day pet fee wasn’t covering washing blankets and vacuuming floor was provided, all my questions or logical arguments were ignored. The team of hotel representatives generously offered me a 50 eur discount on cleaning (which I didn’t ask for) only confirming that the amounts weren’t based on any actual price list, because if the hotel really suffered a loss of 250 eur why would they “gift” me 50 eur. I considered it to be an extortion and suggested to call the police. When I came back after 15 min the hotel still hadn’t called the police. As I had an urgent matter and had to leave, I paid the hotel whatever its staff demanded. I think what actually happened is the hotel staff had accidentally or recklessly placed us in a no-pet room (as there was a carpet, unlike in some other rooms. I was placed into that room after finding out the one I was initially given smelt of sewage - repeatedly happened before). And instead of charging their staff, they’ve charged me, so that they can do (if they actually do) for some deep cleaning after an animal to make it suitable again for people with allergies. Staff’s rudeness and ill attitude with me as a client weren’t in line with the hospitality filed’s even moderate standards. Most customers might find this hotel pleasant - which it is, until it is no longer.

Pre-booking when it has free rooms has uncomplicated. Personal friendly and helpful. Specially the young man who had late layer 4.3-5.3.2020. Worst Service i have ever experienced. Hotel was pre paid through 3rd party booking service, upon arrival in the Self check in counter I had to pay for the full reservation again. Since it was late and we needed our room I chose to pay and deal with it later. When confronting the front desk I was met by 2 arrogant guys who couldn't care less to help with the problem and told me that they only had an invoice from the 3rd party booking. I showed them my mastercard transaction and said that they could check the Lobby camera to see that exact time on the check in day I would be in the lobby entering my card details on the Check in Ipad but no help was provided. Afterwards I contacted the Hotel through website with no response so I have just been left with paying twice for a hotel room. I am for sure never using Seminaris ever again.

What should you say? The rooms were good and comfortable 🙋‍♀️. The reception was a little habitual 🥴 The breakfast was very bad 🤮. It is advertised with sustainability and you have packed things. The staff did not come to do it properly. No cups, knives, eggs..... You always had to ask. The egg was fluid 🤮 142 registrations at 42 seats. 🧐🧐🧐 There is a better place for every youth hostel or pension. How to call yourself only hotel with alleged ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The TV was missing a lot of channels, such as Das Erste, Phoenix, Arte and several third channels. Well, if you insist on at least 200 characters: I found it very annoying that there were no drinking glasses in the room. The terry towel that served as a doormat in the bathroom was not replaced after use, but only folded to give the impression that it had been replaced. Addendum: I think it's nonsense to have the location of the hotel rated. Because of course I did find out about the location and transport options before booking. If I hadn't liked the location, I wouldn't have booked a room there.

sadly we have very bad experience with The receptionist The receptionist behaved with us in a very very very disrespectful manner. This happened on Saturday night at 2:30 am The hotel door was locked and we were outside in the cold weather for a time Then he prevented me from taking my girl to her room, even though I told him that I would not stay here and that I would leave in five minutes, Then he refused to sit my girl in the lobby and asked us to leave or he would call the police and started threatening us in a manner without respect and screaming as if we were in his house and not in a respectable 4-star hotel !!!!! Then I asked him to call the manager but he yelled at me and told me that he is the manager and he does not have a manager Then he started repeating words in a strange language, maybe Hindi or Arabic, as if he was cursing us If he was able to erase this complaint from the e-mail, we will send it to several other places and we will put it in the description on the Internet and in booking and in all places because we do not accept to pay and book for a room in a respectable hotel and receive insult instead of a good word and good behavior He must learn to speak with customers with respect and tact and Etiquette ..I am a teacher and my girl is a marketing director. If he requested an extra amount, we would not refuse to accept and pay him I am sure the management of Hotel they will do something for keep the customers and people with good trea**ent and good services

The surrounding area is a bit remote, but there is a pool in the room to wash, much better than the average bathroom room.

We had a large room with large bathroom, fully fit for wheelchair drivers.We don't brew, but well know. Parking in front of the door and in the deep garage is positively noted, other hotels take extra money for a parking. From the price there is absolutely nothing to make, you get a proper countervail. The restaurant is relatively overviewable, the food card is also, but that is completely enough- Interesting the great choice of drinks, the cocktails and long drinks are very priced! There are no culinary elevations, but you don't expect that for the price. At breakfast buffet at 9.00, the fruit was all, you could have surely filled up. But besides us there was only 1 guest.
