This was a great experience they accommodated me very professionally thank you.

Unfortunately even after double checking the pool was open it was closed when we arrived for a broken pump or something. Very quiet hotel with great staff right on the Berlin turnpike.

Excellent everytime.

The express hotel is generally good, but the hygiene needs to be improved. The hotel has breakfast, which is a simple meal. You basically need a car to travel, and it's not too far to go to Wesleyan University. An Uber ride costs about 20 dollars.

Friendly service. Only thing I really did not like is that the outdoor lights shined brightly directly into the room on the ground floor.

It was perfect for our stay to go and visit family . The pool looked half decent, but what was great. It was open till 11 PM even though we didn’t get a chance to use it. The breakfast was good too

We went there for work. it was clean & quiet. Most of the staff was friendly & helpful to our needs.

Bed was comfortable, water pressure excellent, breakfast a little better than average. Having a microwave and fridge in the room is always a plus and the whole place was spotless. Couple of very minor problems (TV, door keycard) that front desk put right immediately and politely. Good budget friendly option. Only drawback is location, you won't want to walk anywhere, right on a turnpike with no restaurants or stores close by.

The hotel in general was clean, a lot of parking space, good free buffet breakfast.

This is a good hotel and with big rooms and nice typical hotel breakfast. I was concerned that the security deposit charged during check-in was not immediately returned to my credit card days after check-out.

We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The staff members working the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff were friendly and filled any requests. Would stay here again.

Extremely down to earth, friendly and helpful staff. Facility is v nice for the price too. Location meh- convenient but nothing pretty. Only issue is they were having water issues and were low on pillows. Water didn’t end up affecting us (we were told no hot water when calling ahead) and pillows were found after some digging by the willing staff. Would def stay here again.

This was a one night stay for us on our way somewhere else. It was good in some ways and bad in others. Our room faced the road and it was loud. Also, our heater was SO loud and didn't work very well, it was cold in our room. Also, there was a very strong smell in the room, not sure what it was but it wasn't great. On the good side, the breakfast was delicious and it wasn't very expensive.
