I doubled the square footage to accommodate my two children, and finally, just finished a fourth bedroom. To that, adding 1.5 baths with all new (except where purposely left) finishes, fixtures, windows, appliances, electrical, plumbing, etc., most all modern amenities. Tile and hardwood, retained and refinished pine flooring, granite countertops, wood-burning stove, exposed ceilings are a few of the highlighted features. This home's quiet neighborhood is welcome whenever I return to the area. Guests will safely park off-street in the driveway, which can accommodate up to 3-4 vehicles. All outdoor areas, decks, seating, gas grill, etc. are for the exclusive use of Sunshine House Guests. Inside the home, you’ll find the laundry washer and dryer, adjacent full kitchen with appliances, big and small, and all the essentials to prepare meals. The open layout flows though the dining area, living room, and across the front of the home to the foosball table promote a little friendly competition.
