In the small village of Berlanga, on the square facing the church, sits this delightful little hotel. Comfortable beds, modern amenities & styling, and AC. Araceli, the manager will ask you to let her know when you are about 30 minutes out, so she can meet you at the hotel to check you in, as the reception desk is not staffed all day. The hotel has a huge lounge room/ kitchen with a refrigerator stocked with milk & orange juice for breakfast, as well as packaged goodies. Our room has a view of the castle. Highly recommend, thank you Araceli for managing a lovely hotel!

Not often we enter a room and both go "WOW". We'd booked a superior room which was more of a junior suite. A view of the church to the front with 3 bug windows with Juliette balconies. The shower can be seen from the lounge area though there is a pull down screen for privacy if wanted. On the top floor they have a salon with full kitchen, tv, washing machine, dishwasher, tables chairs, settee. Add to this balcony with a great view of the castle plus nesting & roosting vultures.

Absolutely incredible. The exterior, in keeping with the the rest of a lovely little town, hides a beautiful modern interior. There’s a lift, a common room with a fridge and lovely views of the castle at the rear of the hotel. My room was on the top floor - large and modern with a big bathroom. Electric opening of the roof blind, modern switches - all give a feeling of ‘newness’. The hotel is situated in a plaza opposite the church, next to a (quiet) bar. Great restaurant nearby, another couple of bars in the next plaza. For fellow motorcyclists, there is a secure garage/compound nearby owned by the hotel, not that there appears to be any crime in this lovely little town. The lady on reception (NOT manned 24 hours) was great - very helpful, efficient with a good sense of humour. All in all, a great little place to stop

I've stayed in a lot of hotels, most you can find something wrong if you look hard enough. Some are just awful but then there are just a few like this one. Absolutely perfect. The staff, the rooms, the terrace, the shower,the beds, did I mention the staff? Well I will again, they are wonderful. Free parking outside the hotel and to cap it all....a magnificent view no matter what room you get. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Hotel con una ubicación inmejorable en frente de la colegiata. Se puede aparcar en las inmediaciones. La recepción no es 24h por lo que entras con una tarjeta. Cuenta con un bar anexo para tomar algo o cenar cuando está abierto. El apartamento en el que estuvimos muy grande, limpísimo y muy cuidado. La única pega que le pondría es que se oye todo el jaleo del bar de abajo. La atención de Araceli estupenda. Si volvemos a Berlanda repetiremos sin duda.

Estuvimos tres noches en este precioso hotel. Fue una experiencia maravillosa, la vista de la habitacion espectacular. Pero sin duda lo mejor de todo fue la atencion recibida por Araceli, una persona encantadora y siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera bien, nos ha dado muchos consejos de sitios para visitar y siempre con una sonrisa, la verdad que da gusto conocer personas asi , que lamenta blemente estan en extincion hoy en dia😅. Volveremos seguro!!!!

Hotel fantástico, relación precio calidad insuperable. El personal súper amable y atento, te hacen sentirte como en casa, especialmente Araceli y Mónica, dos profesionales que llegan a la excelencia. Tenia una reserva para el día 15 de Abril y el día 14 que estaba de viaje, tuve un problema y no pude ir al establecimiento. Llame al establecimiento para anular la reserva y me dijeron que me iban a cobrar la reserva, así estaba establecido cuando formalice la reserva a través de Booking. Booking me cobro el importe de la reserva. Cuando hable con el Hotel, me indicaron que me iban a enviar un vale para poder canjearlo en futuros meses. Parece que la persona de recepción tiene muy buenas palabras pero el buen hablar por teléfono, no lo traslada haciendo efectivo lo que se dice. Una vez habían cobrado se olvidan de la situación, tanto Booking como el propio Hotel deberían de tener algo mas de atención hacia los clientes. Desde luego no lo recomiendo a nadie, desconozco como esta el hotel, pero con el trato recibido, se deberían de plantear si así se pueden conseguir mas clientes.
