Some homeless around the area but still generally quite safe.

Good location, but the empty shops at the street level of the building is not nice.

The location of the hotel is in the downtown of Berkeley with lots of restaurants and supermarket (Target) around. Bart and buses are adjacent to the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed, pillows and blankets are good and warm. The bath amenities are available but you have to squeeze hardly to get out the lotion. The road near to the hotel is under repair, the workers start working quite early in the morning at 7am, thus it really affected us as we didn’t wish to wake up so early. Homeless people are scattered around the hotel therefore you have to exercise care when going in and out of the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, next to the Berkeley campus, with many restaurants and Target is across the street. The waiters are friendly. This is my second time applying. Highly recommended.

A simple four-star hotel. Although it has central air conditioning, it is still a bit noisy. The walls are not soundproof enough. The cleaning staff only speaks Spanish and not English. Parking is at the parking lot next door for $23 a day. It is better than a motel in that it is a little quieter. The coffee provided is good. Also, the water seems to be purified and better than the average water in California.

Checked in after 9:00 p.m., did we communicate in advance about adding a folding bed? I asked the front desk that the waiter was off work, and only quilts could be provided. Did we go late? There is a ventilation host outside the window sill of the room, which is a bit noisy, so don't live in the 05 apartment. There is no kettle in the room, so you need to ask the waiter to deliver it. Individual service staff are not very patient. The waiters in the restaurant are very enthusiastic. The location of the hotel is good, there is Target opposite, the hotel does not have a self-service dry cleaning service, which is inconvenient

I ordered it for my daughter, the service is not good, the suitcase can’t be opened, I want them to send someone to look at it. On the first day, the hotel said it was late and I will check it tomorrow. On the second day, they said it couldn’t help
