The worst Quality Inn ever stayed. Serve Honey Bun only for breakfast.

Welcoming employees and convenience location to the downtown.

Mediocre place. Bedsheets had burn marked hole. Room had few amenities. Cleaned only once by housekeeping.

Run away, it's dirty! There is only super sweet instant packaged bread for breakfast, and there are bananas, but they are all taken away if you don’t go down early. Finally, I drank a cup of coffee and ate an apple...

They said they would serve breakfast, but it's not prepared at all.

Very nice and quiet in Berkeley

The place was filthy. My room smelled like mildew, the carpets were stained and the sheets had cigarette burns. There were a few people loitering in the parking lot (I don't know if they were employees but why would they need to hang out in the parking lot late in the evening). It smelled like smoke the moment I stepped outside. I ended up checking out the same night I checked in. In speaking to the man at the front desk there was no resolution to the problem, a refund or an offer to a different room. I ended up driving two hours back home and cut my trip short, losing over $100. Please do yourself a favor and don't stay at this place. It is dirty and there are much better options at the same price point.

The hotel was situated in a fairly pleasant and quiet part of Berkeley and about a 15 minute walk to the campus edge. The hotel itself was a bit run down. Water somehow leaked from my sink into the quarters below. I hope they fix it soon. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The lodging cost was reasonable.

The rooms smelled awful. It had “halfway house” vibes. Nothing like the online pics or reviews.
