"A simple four-star hotel. Although it has central air conditioning, it is still a bit noisy. The walls are not soundproof enough. The cleaning staff only speaks Spanish and not English. Parking is at the parking lot next door for $23 a day. It is better than a motel in that it is a little quieter. The coffee provided is good. Also, the water seems to be purified and better than the average water in California."

"Located next to UC Berkeley, just a few minutes' walk from the West Entrance, and with Trader Joe's right across the street, it's very convenient for buying daily necessities."

"We spent 5 nights in around Christmas time when we were visiting a family member studying at UC Berkeley. It was conveniently located to visit the university. Since it was holiday season, we can't tell if it's always quiet, but we didn't hear any noise at night. The room was nice enough. Clean, well proportioned. We could cast Netflix from our phone. We didn't eat any meals there (the breakfast cafe was closed and the bar/restaurant was mostly closed). But one evening, we had two glasses of wine from the bar. It was served in the bar room, but they only had a wagon with open bottles of wine and plastic cups. It was shockingly expensive - we could easily buy a good bottle for the price of these two plastic cups (not even particularly generous). One other thing that bothered us was that they had a glass door to the bathroom. It was opaque enough so that we didn't see through it, but every time one of us used it at night, it brightened the whole bedroom. Also, whatever anyone did in the bathroom was very clearly audible from the bedroom. So, the best points for this hotel were location and reasonable price (for the room). Not for those who want luxury and comfort."

"The location is a bit hard to find, but the staff were very friendly. The guests were also very welcoming. Located in downtown Berkeley, it's conveniently located with easy access to parking and banks. There's also a free gym nearby, a fully equipped shared kitchen, and very clean shared bathrooms. For expensive San Francisco, this price is definitely worth it."

"The hotel is very new and is considered very good among hotels of the same price in the United States, but the disadvantage is that the room still has a bit of decoration taste. The hotel has a large parking lot and free parking, which saves a lot of money. It is 2 kilometers away from Berkeley, so you still need to drive or take a taxi."

"Very close to UCB's dormitory, less than 100 meters. The hotel is very quiet, the room is European, the sun is full, the bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is clean, the breakfast is simple but there is smoked salmon we love. In the evening, the restaurant on the second floor coincides with a small dance for the elderly. The elderly are full of young and energetic smiles. It is a music hotel. The small balcony at the end of the floor can watch the sunset and sunset. Very nice hotel, I will choose it next time I come to Berkeley."
