Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel

Out of all the Renaissance hotels worldwide, I believe yours is the only one where all three front desk staff members I've encountered consistently lacked smiles and were highly unprofessional. My first reservation was for two nights, paid via Ctrip's deposit plus payment at the hotel, with breakfast included for two. (On the first day, they mistakenly gave me a breakfast voucher for one person instead of two, didn't replenish tissues, and didn't empty the trash can. The hotel's Wi-Fi surprisingly required registration to be free, and even after registering, I was still charged $9.95. Are you really that desperate for money? You're the first four-star hotel where I haven't left a tip). My second reservation was for one night, also paid via Ctrip's deposit plus payment at the hotel, with breakfast included for two (this time, the two-person meal voucher was correct). My third stay, checking in on July 31st, was prepaid online for the last day, only requiring a deposit. However, when I checked out on August 1st, the front desk staff insisted my payment was made via ******* (I corrected her, stating I booked through Ctrip) and that no receipt could be provided. Her name tag was blurry, and her colleague working next to her was Kamila. This happened on August 1st at 7:15 AM local time. I'm still traveling in the US, but once I return to Japan or Shanghai, I will file a detailed complaint.
