Le Clos d'Argenson is an idyllic paradise, quiet, luxurious yet very central. The perfect place to rest and unwind - especially in the beautiful garden alongside the swimming pool. The breakfast is amazing, home-made jam, selection of cheeses, pastries, cake, fresh fruit and even home-made yoghurt. The owners are charming and helpful but low-key. The location is ideal, within a few minutes walk of the historic centre of Bergerac, although if you want a restaurant the Cafe du Canal, a few doors away, is wonderful, very friendly and great food.

A lovely B&B situated on the edge of the old town . The house is beautiful as is the garden . The rooms are spacious and comfortable. An excellent continental breakfast served each day with fresh fruit, breads and pastries The hosts are friendly and helpful but not intrusive. We travelled to Bergerac by train and the station is an easy walk

From arrival until departure nothing was too much trouble for the lovely hosts. The rooms were clean and well appointed and the pool was a welcome break from the hot sun. The breakfast was great - the usual continental fare with a different cake every morning - all served with a smile

A beautiful house, with lush gardens in the centre of Bergerac. Our suite is very comfortable and incredibly pretty. Jean-Luc and François are lovely hosts - everything has been carefully considered with delightful results: we will certainly return to this haven in South West France.

Best B & B ever...can't wait to go back next year. Best hosts...can't even explain the experience, one has to stay there to walk through that front door and let go. That breakfast might make you want to move to Bergerac. A welcome beyond welcome. Do yourself a favour.

The welcome and hospitality for the Clos team is truly genuine and thoughtful. Rooms are big and comfy and the pool is a bonus. Location is an easy walk to everything and parking is right outside the door at a reasonable rate (plus Clos has a few stalls as well - but book in advance). Great visit - Merci!

A beautiful property, with welcoming hosts.The house is very elegant and the guest suites are extremely comfortable. The outdoor pool, in the lush gardens, is a particular highlight. We will definitely return!

Clos D’Argenson is a wonderful, stylish B&B set in beautiful gardens with a swimming pool. Jean Luc and his team are marvellous hosts. They even went the extra mile for us, we had an early flight so they delivered a delightful breakfast tray the night before for us to have before we left. I would thoroughly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Bergerac.
