"This is one of the best budget hotel.
--Very good location near everything; light rail station, train station bus stop , also shopping center.
-Room size resonable both space and price for 3 of us.
- Good breakfast lots of choices even organic and gluten-free foods
- GOOD dishes for dinner too"
The perfect Bergen balance. A spacious, luxurious apartment that combines a quiet, natural setting with quick city access. Get the best of both worlds without compromise. What you'll love • Quick City Access: 10-min drive/20-min bus • 2 bedrooms & 2 Full Baths • Huge 80m² terrace for BBQs & views • Free Indoor Parking + EV Charger (elevator access to apt) • Premium w/ floor-to-ceiling windows • Family-friendly neighborhood • Nature & trails at your doorstep • Easy ground-level access
"Comfortable, spacious, with dishwasher and kitchenware, fridge etc. location is amazing and service was minimalistic (since operating more like aparthotel that full hotel). Staff at lobby was helpful when we needed thejr help. Housekeeping upon request but we did not need it over the 3d. Laundry room in hotel. Perfect for our family of 3!"
"Location and view are amazing. It’s few stops from city Center and convenient located just 2 mins away from the metro. The view from the room is harbor and boat, you can enjoy a nice sunset just at the hotel’s bar. grocery mart is few mins walk and there are few bakery nearby for breakfast as well. Staff are super friendly."
"Functional and serves its purpose. My room was bigger compared to some.other rooms I saw.
Bed was satisfactory. I had a good night sleep save for some bouts of jetlag. The room thermostat was hovering somewhere between 22 and 23.5. I can't seem to figure out how to adjust.
The only thing I was not happy about was the bathroom. It was clean, spacious BUT the water splashes in the bathroom floor making it wet most of the time. They don't provide sleepers so you step out of the bathroom with wet feet. No bath mat.
Actually, there was a glass wall for the shower stall but there's a gap at the bottom... So water will splash and flow beyond the shower stall. See photo.
Another thing I don't like: They keep reminding you that they are a low cost hotel to justify the lack of warm hospitality. For example, 'We don't have TV in the rooms to keep the cost down!' 'We only clean your every 4 days to keep the vost down!'. 'We don't change towels daily to keep the cost down!' Annoying.
I chose this hotel for its location - train station, park, grocery, Asian food. I am not looking for budget hotels just because I'm travelling solo.
I can recommend this place but don't expect too much. After all, you'll always be reminded that they are keeping the cost low."
A stay at this apartment places you in the heart of Bergen, within a 15-minute walk of Hurtigruten Terminal and Bryggen Waterfront. This apartment is 0.8 mi (1.2 km) from Bryggen and 0.1 mi (0.1 km) from St. John's Church.
Make yourself comfortable in this apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. A 50-inch Smart television with cable programming provides entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a separate sitting area and a coffee/tea maker, and you can also request a crib/infant bed (surcharge).
"The hotel boasts a fantastic location, right next to a Nio car dealership and just outside the fish market. Bryggen is only a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. We even had a direct view of the landmark Bryggen from our room window. Parking is available in a large lot just a couple of blocks away, offering plenty of spaces, including many for electric vehicle charging. I'd recommend using the EasyPark app, which allows you to set and adjust your parking duration conveniently from anywhere. Our room size was decent, though the amenities were quite basic. I also noticed a higher proportion of female staff. On our check-in day, a weekend, we found the sliding window in our room wouldn't close. The lovely lady at the front desk explained that maintenance staff were off on weekends but kindly offered to try and fix it. She couldn't, but fortunately, I managed to tinker with it and get it working myself. Breakfast was relatively generous. They were quite punctual about clearing everything away at closing time – perhaps a bit eager to finish their shift. We had booked for two nights. However, on our first night, we were on a road trip and unfortunately missed the last ferry due to misjudging our time. The hotel refused to refund the cost of the first night, so we ended up checking in only on the second morning. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in the room, but remember to bring your own slippers and toothpaste. The shower enclosure is quite simple, so be mindful when showering (as water might splash out)."
"Comfortable stylish hotel in a great location within minutes’ walk to the wharf! It was also a short 5-7 min walk from the light rail station, which brings you easily to/ from the airport.
Seagulls were surprisingly loud at night, but thankfully they didn’t seem to gather in the morning!"
"This hotel is about 10 mins walk to the Wharf fisherman market and 20 mins walk to Bergen Train station.it is clean. Breakfast was very good wide selection including fresh avocado fruits, smoked salmon."
"Comfort hotel is easy to locate. It’s in the city centre. Walking distance from the port, old town, malls, pubs, restaurants and many more. The staff were helpful and always in smile and help to meet the needs of the clients. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, rich and fresh. I have no complaints in overall. My room was clean, in a quiet area and far from the lift. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely comeback here when in visit again Bergen!"

Great
AAToiI recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel No.13 in Bergen. While my room lacked windows, it was comfortable and cleaned daily, making it a pleasant place to return to after a day of travel. The absence of a window didn't bother me much, as I spent most of my time exploring the city. The check-in and check-out staff were notably friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The daily breakfast included in my rate was basic.
What truly stands out is the hotel's convenient location which is near Byparken Station and walkable distance to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bryggen one of the most popular tourist attractions in Norway. It is a historic wharf with colorful wooden houses dating back to the 14th century.

LLvyouzhuanjiazouguo125geguojiaThere is no refrigerator. There are free afternoon tea, dinner, are very simple, can not get enough. The breakfast is rich, with salmon and sunflower eggs. Paid parking lot. The area is small 18 square meters. But the location is excellent, right next to Byggen, very lively. In the tourist area, to the fish market, Floyen Mountain is very convenient. There is a flybus right at the door, which is very convenient to Hurtigruten pier and the airport.

Great
LLanyingyinggetianThe room felt like a basic express hotel, offering only the bare minimum. There's no coffee maker or kettle, and the bed only had two pillows and a duvet – no extras whatsoever. Its main selling point is its extreme proximity to the airport; you can literally see the hotel's sign from inside the terminal building. Another positive is the breakfast, which surprisingly offers hot food starting as early as 5 AM. However, if you're staying here purely to save money and not for the convenience of an early flight, then taking the light rail to the city center every day is definitely not worth the time or effort.
GGuest UserHad a fantastic stay in Bergen at the Bergen Bors Hotel! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff at reception, breakfast and in the Fresco Hallen restaurant - excellent food. Great room; clean, with super facilities and cleaning services. Room was quiet, with great mattresses, duvets and pillows. Location of hotel is amazing, and could easily explore great sights in Bergen on foot. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and definitely planning return visit - thank you!!

CChoi TYHotel is located in an excellent location, within a few minutes walking distance to the Byggen, the tourist info center. The Floibanen station with the tram train up to the Floyen view point is just 100 meters behind the hotel. The airport bus also stop near to the hotel. It is a bit far from the train station.
There are many restaurants around the area and near to the Square.
Room is quite large. Was allocated a roon with great view of the hills behind.
Service was also very prompt and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

CCzyouzhoukeThe room was basic but had all the essentials. I found it a bit pricey, though this is likely due to its excellent downtown location. Both the nearby fish market and the UNESCO World Heritage Old Town are within easy walking distance.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very close to my drop off point. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked with toiletries. Although there was no hot drink facilities in the room there was a free tea/coffee machine in the reception area. I was only there for 1 night so not fully aware of their facilities but there was plenty of hot and cold choice for a free breakfast and also glutten free food on offer and a room to leave your luggage.

ZZhenliI think there is a difference in size even for single rooms. I happened to have a large room and was satisfied. There were no amenities, but there was a kitchen, so some people cooked in the room. There was no luggage storage, so you could leave your luggage at a nearby hotel. I was satisfied considering the price.
