Hotel is located in an excellent location, within a few minutes walking distance to the Byggen, the tourist info center. The Floibanen station with the tram train up to the Floyen view point is just 100 meters behind the hotel. The airport bus also stop near to the hotel. It is a bit far from the train station. There are many restaurants around the area and near to the Square. Room is quite large. Was allocated a roon with great view of the hills behind. Service was also very prompt and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel one is near the harbour and another one is about at city centre. However the hotel photo for both hotel is all the same.I ask for a shower cap at the reception but unfortunately out of stock. Room is huge for us family of 4. Overall pleasant stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clarion Hotel Bergen. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The hotel staff were very helpful and obliging and efficient with check-in and local information. We thoroughly enjoyed our buffet breakfast and again the staff were great. We would be more than happy to stay again.

The hotel breakfast is delicious, the room is not big, this time we checked in, the hair dryer in the room was broken, but the service staff was very good, and when we returned to the room, it had been replaced. The hotel is very close to the cable car station up the mountain.

This time I chose the top-floor terrace room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The facilities in the room were satisfactory and the bedding was clean and hygienic. I also praised the front desk staff for their attentive service👍The breakfast was very rich and worthy of extra points👍😍

There is a teacup used by the previous guest in the room, there is hair left on the hair dryer that has not been cleaned, lip marks are left on the cup, there is no telephone to communicate with the front desk, and the equipment is relatively old
