Very disgusted. A lot of bugs … flies, ants and cockroaches in the room !!! the receptionist was rude and made an inappropriate comment that we didn't speak Dutch. Never again … highly not recommend. Dirt under beds. We couldn’t lock the door because lock wasn’t work.

My absolute favorite hotel in Bergen and in North Holland overall. My nephew and I have been traveling here every summer for almost ten years and it is always a relief to arrive here. From the boss of the house to Fred at the bar and every single employee, everyone is professional and cordial. Warm greetings to the entire team at Hotel Victoria. Peter & Jan

I had a lovely time. The staff were very friendly and absolutely great! I felt very much at home. The approximately to the sea was great. The breakfast buffet was good and absolutely sufficient. I missed pancakes though. The room was absolutely sufficient as well as the bathroom. The sink was a bit small but cute. There iss no blow dryer included but it is possible to rent one. All in all : to me almost perfect.

Seit 2017( oder schon früher ) verbringe ich meinen Urlaub im Hotel Victoria. Aus Basel Anreise mit KLM nach Amsterdam, weiter mit NS nach Alkmaar. Ich liebe einfach dieses familiäre Hotel. 100m zum Strand. Endlos allein am Meer laufen. Entschleunigend! Perfekt! Leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen.

Wir haben das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge und Wanderungen genutzt. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ein Buffet mit ausreichend Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, sauber und groß genug. Die Küche ist eine der Besten in Bergen aan Zee.

Ich habe mich seit der ersten Minute im Hotel gesehen gefühlt. Hier ist der Gast König. Ein gemütliches und sauberes Zimmer, toller Service und traumhafte Lage des Hotels. Besonders zu erwähnen natürlich das Personal. Sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. TOP-Preisleichstungsverhältnis. Meine absolute Empfehlung.

Hervorragendes Hotel mit prima Essen. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Besonders positiv: überaus gut gelauntes, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das findet man nur ganz selten. Wir kommen wieder!
