Academia Residence

The reception was very friendly. The staff gave us sightseeing and restaurant tips. The hotel is located a 10-minute walk from the old town. The room was very large, clean, comfortable, fitted kitchen. No private parking but public parking nearby or Possibility to park in the street.

Our association Forum Donne has already organized several events at the Academia Residence in Bergamo. Residence strategically located a few meters from the Accademia Carrara in a quiet street at the beginning of the climb to Bergamo Alta. Piazza Duomo in Bergamo Alta is about mt. 1,500 and so is the railway station in Bergamo Bassa. The bedrooms and bathrooms are soberly decorated in white, which allows you to appreciate the thorough cleaning. Two small suggestions. In the room I found only a hand towel and bath towel, no bidet towel, despite the bidet being present. I requested it at reception but it was not provided to me, I had to use my own brought from home. I would also have liked to find a more detailed description of the rooms and services directly on the hotel website. Reception staff very friendly and cooperative. They provide a map of the city and all the necessary information of places of interest and restaurants. I would definitely come back.

Wonderful hotel! Nice staff and beautiful, neat, clean rooms. I was very pleased with the location. Two minutes to the wonderful museum - Accademia Carrara and 5 minutes walk to the Upper Town. I recommend everyone to visit this wonderful hotel🤍

Purtroppo nel rapporto qualità prezzo non ci siamo… Camera piccola, senza condizionatore , senza frigo bar, senza wi-fi, senza un armadio dove appendere abiti, senza un supporto per appoggiare valigia, senza un kit decente da bagno (solo bustine con sapone)… senza un parcheggio comodo…. Il tutto più caro di una stanza di hotel a 4* dove ti offrono anche colazione…. Beh la panoramica ve l’ho data… Buon soggiorno!

Situato in posizione strategica per salire alla città alta di Bergamo ai piedi del centro. Facile trovare parcheggio subito in prossimità. Molto pulito. Molto accogliente. Personale cortese e disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte per fortuna. La camera non era male come arredo e anche pulizia ma non funzionava il riscaldamento e non c'era neanche l'acqua calda. C'era solo un termoconvettore che scaldava pochissimo. Ci siamo congelati. Fatto presente Al chek out speravamo almeno per correttezza in un rimborso visto che la camera tramite booking l'avevamo già pagata. Ma nulla. Sconsigliato!!!!
