if you want a place near the airport and near the center, I suggest it. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Free parking, which is good because parking is very expensive in Bergamo..... .. The receptionist was very kind and answered everything we asked.

We had a good stay at Berghotel. The location is good if you have a car and it is not too far from Cita Alta. The lady at the frontdesk was attentive and always provided everything we needed and more when we asked. We are giving 3 stars because when we booked, we saw breakfast photos and thought that this would be available at the property as we are travelling with a baby and it was convenient for us. We managed OK, but probably wouldnot have booked if we knew. Also, we found the room in need of a bit of TLC and it was quite dirty with dust and hairs (and even a hairbrush under the bed from previous customer). Thank you so much.

Strongly recommended, owner of the hotel was kind and helpfull. Also the old city of Bergamo was beautiful. we stayed 2 days at the hotel, they also give a ride to airport with a little amount of payment. Thank you very much, we left the hotel with good memories

A hotel which is located in the entry lane near the airport. 1 x No A hotel that rents rooms that didn't look like they did on the internet. 2 x no In addition frayed towels 3 x no The walls were tasty wallpaper in the bathroom broken. Boreholes open 4 x No Bulbs were missing in the ceiling lamp 5 x No Bed was an impertinence 6 x No Contact person was o.k. Outside hui, or ok. Pooh inside. It's a pity. Never book unless you're deaf, blind and don't have a right to your room.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 21 al 22 settembre, un periodo di fuoco per Bergamo data la fiera Safety Expo, ma i titolari Luca e Beatrice sono stati davvero splendidi. In particolare la signora Bea, di una gentilezza unica, di una disponibilità STRAordinaria, che con la sua simpatia ci ha messo subito a nostro agio facendoci sentire come a casa. Per non parlare della massima soddisfazione alle nostre esigenze. Se ci chiedessero, Ci ritornereste? Decisamente. Anzi, ci dispiace molto non averli potuti conoscere prima in tutte le occasioni della nostra esposizione al Safety Expo. Camera molto carina e accogliente, super pulita, letto confortevole e bagno perfetto. Grande Bea! Al prossimo anno!

Hotel molto semplice e, a mio avviso, non da tre stelle. Materasso scomodo e colazione fruibile solo dalle 8.00 in poi( impensabile!!). Rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato. Unico vantaggio: vicino all'aeroporto.

Pensant que cet hôtel est situé dans la ville haute de Bergame, à cause de son nom, nous avons déchanté sur ce plan. Sans GPS, il est difficile de trouver le Berg Hotel. L’accueil de la patronne francophone était désagréable : elle nous a demandé de payer immédiatement le séjour alors que normalement cela se fait lors du départ. Quant au patron, il devait être en vacances… Sinon le personnel employé était agréable. À part cela la chambre était impeccable malgré une douche dont la porte n’était pas étanche. Le petit déjeuner est servi en chambre où, à part le bureau avec une chaise, le deuxième convive doit manger et boire sur le lit ! Une chose est sûre : je ne retournerai jamais dans cet hôtel…
