New hotel with a bad taste in its mouth. The service, facilities and offerings were good. Unfortunately, my new vehicle was damaged in the underground car park of the Radisson Blue Choruslife while it was parked on the charging station by a white liquid similar to plaster, which probably flowed from the ceiling. Photos etc. taken. To date, I have to wait for the management or the building to take responsibility and cover the costs. The way the guest is treated after we spent 4 nights in a suite is an absolute no-go. Just stalling. The case will probably have to be handled through legal expenses insurance. What a shame! Therefore, no recommendation regarding service/service management.
