A pleasant surprise. I was a bit nervous because I didn't have many reviews to draw on. I had to rebook my flight due to an airport strike and ended up staying at this hotel unexpectedly in Bergamo. Overall, it was excellent: clean and tidy, with a fully equipped minibar, a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish lobby and rooms, and friendly and patient staff. We loved this unexpectedly designed hotel. There's a direct bus from Bergamo Airport, and the neighborhood feels generally safe. The train station is about a five-minute walk away, making it a convenient base for getting back to downtown Milan. Overall, it was a positive experience. It's worth noting that the front desk isn't open 24 hours, so self-check-in is required for late flights. However, the process was simple and convenient, and I completed all the necessary paperwork by check-out the next day. A thumbs-up.

Very good and comfortable place in center point at Bergamo Very close to restaurants and stations. I will very recommend this place, The breakfast was nice and the room is well designed Bergamo is a very nice location in the way from Dolomites to Milano

Great stay at AR Suites & Art. Room spotless clean, modern and spacious, biggest TV screen I have ever seen in a hotel. The staff was really helpful. Close to city center and train station. I would definitely return to this hotel next time.

We loved everything! The spa area is absolutely amazing — set in an authentic space and thought through down to the smallest details. We especially enjoyed the salt room, aroma room, infrared sauna, and the dry herb sauna — truly an unforgettable experience. The staff were incredibly kind and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. Everything is carefully designed and well-organized. The location is also very convenient — right in the historic center, perfect for exploring the city, and close to both the train station and the airport. We’re very satisfied, 10/10. Thank you for the warm welcome! We’ll be happy to return again!

The AR Suites and Art has a perfect location, very close to the train station and to the bus station (for the connection with the airport and the city center). The room was spacious enough, very modern, with good quality amenities, also the bathroom. The free minibar is a nice touch (in a hot day we enjoyed the cold water) I really appreciated the terase on the first floor, we enjoyed staying there in the evening. Even our room was facing the train station we had a good sleep without noise from the street. The checkin process was quick and we were invited also to enjoy a afternoon snack and tea (we did not try but I consider that is a nice touch). Our stay was very short (from the afternoon until early the next morning) and we did not have breakfast. I definitely recommend this accommodation for a short stay in Bergamo.

Stayed there for 2 nights in July , met with a very helpful receptionist, who couldn't do enough for us( family of 5)couldn't recommend the accommodation highly enough, absolutely stunning rooms, located near the bus station whivh provides easy access to airport and to upper city which is stunning. Lots of restaurants and cafes also nearby.
