On our way from Barcelona to Andora we slept in this hotel for a night. Great staff, great place, clean, calm and the price is reasonable

Reception staff were great. Spoke good english and very friendly. Bathrooms were very clean, great showers with really good water pressure. Then the not so good……. This ‘resort’ is not for touring people. It is a caravan based holiday home for the Spanish. All the caravans have awnings and everyone is extremely close to the next caravan. It felt like a refugee camp. It was also very empty because all the Spanish had gone home. Everything was closed and it still cost €33 a night. Wouldn’t recommend this campsite for anyobe touring around Spain.

Fuimos por el puente de la Diada en Catalunya y muy bien en general: las instalaciones correctas, el bungalow muy bien, las piscinas muy divertidas también, pero para nosotros la medalla de oro se la llevan las dos chicas del Saltipark: muy pero que muy amables a pesar de tener a tanto crio descontrolado ahi dentro y siempre atentas a las necesidades de nuestros hijos y eso que eran muy pequeños. En general, todos los trabajadores del Berga resort nos han tratado de diez desde el inicio hasta el final. Por poner un pero, la animación es floja por lo que si vas por la animación a lo mejor no es tu lugar, por el resto un 10. Eso si, me pareció un poco excesivo el precio, pero supongo que las instalaciones lo valdran. Repetiremos seguro!

Debido a problemas personales no hemos podido ir. Enviamos un mail para cancelar la reserva y nos sorprendió la rapidez en la gestión y devolución del dinero prácticamente al momento. Dicho gesto habla de la seriedad de sus trabajadores y de la propia empresa.

Hablo de mi mala experiencia con lo dueños,estube fija 8 años,son pésimos,no miran por el cliente solo por el dinero,las quejas te escuchan pero no actúan,y cuando decides irte un rovo a mano armada,vendes tu caravana o movilhome y te hacen pagar 3.000€ en B y si lo declaras 4000€ y si contar que tenían un trabajador si declarar que tambien 500 €que se llevaba por ponerte el letreo ¡ En venta!tambien rovaba lo sullo aparte..todo vergonzoso La pena no haber llamado a lo mossos y haber denunciado a todos! Pero existe el KARMA.

Si quieres pasar un fin de semana en las montañas este camping puede ser tu solución. Pero también hay cosas en el fondo del camping que hay que avisar. COSAS BUENAS. Las cabañas o apartamentos son muy acogedores y bonitos,tienen un espacio digamos bueno y incluso algunos apartamentos tienen su propio jardín y barbacoa,también para los niños hay pistas de futbol,voley y muchos parques,también hay un bar en donde hay muy buena comida y abajo hay gimnasio,parque de bolas y una piscina climatizada. COSAS MALAS. Si quieres dormir allí lo primero,la almohada está más dura que una piedra pero el colchón es cómodo,además en la ducha el termo estaba al mínimo y tuvimos que llamar al mantenimiento para que haya más agua caliente Le daría 4 estrellas y media pero no puedo,en fin recomiendo mucho este camping para pasar tiempo en familia,buena suerte al que esté leyendo esto,adiooos :)

Muy recomendable para ir con niños, nosotros estuvimos en un bungalow de dos habitaciones. Para ir con niños es ideal, las mesas sin ángulos, la encimera la inducción es por debajo, tienes los elementos básicos para hacer comidas, el recinto esta muy bien mantenido, y hay muchas actividades. Gimnasio, piscina interior, sala de lectura con monitores, pelotero, piscina de toboganes que se accede caminando sin escalones, piscina mas pequeña con juego dentro para los mas pequeños, una zona de juegos de agua de chorros muy bonita, otra piscina dedicada a los adultos, jugos de madera muy buenos, juegos en la arena, pistas de paddle y una zona de varias hectáreas que le llaman el bosque, el personal nos trato de 10, siempre muy atentos. Algo que mejoraría es que pongan jabón y shampoo en el baño. Repetiremos seguro
