Strictly speaking, this is a ** hotel, a robbery hotel. The heavy snow blocked the roads. All roads were blocked. The platform could not contact the hotel, and the guests could not contact the hotel. Later, they contacted us and gave us the time when the road would be opened. It was not opened at all. We contacted the traffic management phone number, and they claimed that there was no clear time for the road to be opened. In this case, the hotel still refused to cancel the order. Please do not be fooled again and do not choose this hotel.

There is a small bed in the room, and my little friend directly said that he wanted to sleep on the small bed (he would not sleep on it at home). It's just that there is no elevator on the third floor, so it's a bit tiring to move boxes. The restaurant service is good.

We have stayed in this hotel for two nights. We got the small cabin Nr 6. Unfortunately, the smell in that cabin was unpleasant for us. The hotel thankfully offered us a large cabin, which smelled a little better. Nevertheless, we wouldn't recommend booking any of these cabins. They didn't seem to be very clean and the kitchen and bathroom (only in the small cabin) were old and shabby. There were white roller blinds in the cabin which couldn't make the room dark to sleep. So you might bring a sleeping mask. In the bathroom was no shampoo available. You must bring it yourself or buy it at the reception. In the reviews it seems that they have nice rooms though, so I would go for one of those. The restaurant was delicious and so was the breakfast. Also the location was really beautiful.

We stayed one night after hiking in Senja and it was such a lovely setting, staff was so nice, comfortable beds, clean, restaurant on site with included breakfast. We stayed in the main building and there were stairs to climb with our luggage but expected it. Got a parking spot right out front ok. Would visit again

I stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment with a huge terrace. The kitchen was well equipped. The living room was cute although a bit old fashion. The bedroom was a bit small but everybody slept well. I could see the northern lights clearly from my terrace. The apartment has 2 floor, I stayed on the groud floor. My driver stayed on the upper floor so He didn't come down to the terrace to give me and my family privacy. I am a bit wonder though that if another floor was a stranger, how would we manage the terrace.

Top place on the coast between Tromsö and Guilford with parking close to the hotel. Delicious food for dinner very friendly staff ! Well located in a scenic area with lots of hiking trails and welcoming staff with very good dishes and very clean rooms.
