Very nice spa experience, once you get your way around the circuit it’s a perfect mix of different activities. Totally recommend the massage, which was great and very relaxing! The room was also perfect, specially for a longer stay with friends and family. Staff was amazing!

Everything from beginning to the end of our vacation was friendly and relaxing. Easy, direct, reservation, good reception, and accommodation clean and spacious for a few days. The restaurant provided good service and food [both breakfast and evening meal]. Pool cleaned every day, with good quality sun-loungers and umbrellas sensibly spaced. Overall - Everything very good, and no hesitation to recommend.

La amabilidad del personal es lo primero con lo que te vas a encontrar en este alojamiento. Las casitas son perfectas, cuentan con calefacción, chimenea y aire acondicionado. La cocina está completamente equipada para hacer prácticamente cualquier cosa. El restaurante que hay en el complejo tiene una comida excelente. Las vistas desde la casita son inmejorables, se respira mucha calma. Es un sitio perfecto para venir a desconectar. El desayuno del restaurante es perfecto, no te abruma con miles de opciones pero aún así tienes de todo para escoger. El café esta muy bueno y uno de los mejores zumos de naranja que hemos probado. Nosotros cogimos el pack Escapa Romántica y es una experiencia que no paro de recomendar a mis amigos y familia. Te sientes muy mimado, el vino, los quesos y todos los detalles que rodean esta experiencia son inmejorables. Salvador tiene unas manos de oro a la hora de dar masajes, no nos da miedo decir que ha sido uno de los mejores masajes que nos han dado nunca. Tener el SPA durante 1h para nosotros solos, junto con el detalle del cava y las frutas hizo que nos sintiéramos como reyes. Hicimos un par de rutas durante nuestra estancia, La Junta de los Rios y Agua Agria, aunque esta última no pudimos completarla por la crecida del rio, los paisajes son preciosos. Sin duda es un sitio que recomendamos al 100% y que no dudaremos en volver en alguna otra ocasión.

Fin de semana perfecto de desconexión. Independientemente del paisaje, que es espectacular (no se puede describir con palabras) nuestra estancia estuvo a un nivel de 10 tanto en atención, detalle , comida y demás. Nuestra casita estaba amueblada y decorada de forma rural pero con las modernidades necesarias; tenía chimenea pero también calefacción y aire acondicionado; cocina con nevera y microondas, que no utliizamos, y lavadora con detergente, que sí utilizamos porque nos fuimos de senderismo y nos manchamos. El Spa no es muy grande pero si muy completo y el masaje genial también.El desayuno con zumo de naranja natural , tostadas, jamón, queso... muy completo . Cenamos en el restaurante una noche y de postre comimos la mejor tarta de queso que he probado nunca. En resumen, todo genial pero sobre todo, sobre todo, el trato de todas las personas que trabajan allí, que son muy profesionales pero muy cercanas y te hacen sentir como en casa. Lo recomiendo al 150%

Desde la llamada telefónica para reservar hasta la salida han sido todo ventajas. Y es que el personal está muy pendiente, especialmente Cinzia porque con ella todo han sido facilidades: nos cambió la hora del Spa como queríamos, nos llamó para comunicarnos que podíamos cenar en el restaurante aunque en un principio no se podía por ser comienzo de semana,… siendo cordial y muy profesional. La cabaña estaba super limpia y muy acogedora con todo detalle, cómoda y funcional, además destaco la limpieza de los útiles de cocina, … parecían a estrenar, así da gusto. No requerimos de leña porque no se pasa frío ya que posee calefacción y el suelo es radiante… una maravilla. También hay toallas, gel, champú, mantas,… y los colchones eran muy cómodos. En el baño un toallero calentito!! En cuanto al desayuno tiene lo que se necesita, es de calidad y con productos de la zona como bizcocho casero o pan riquísimo, también frutos secos que se agradecen!! El spa es increíble, con vistas a la montaña y tiene cositas muy guay como duchas bitérmicas,… más de doce estaciones y todas funcionan!!! También puedes tomarte unas infusiones o tomar agua de una fuente realmente agradable. Estuvimos mis peques y nosotros dos super bien! Los exteriores son tranquilos y limpios pudiendo aparcar en la misma puerta de la casa, algo que se agradece enormemente. La última mañana hicimos una ruta de senderismo hacia la fuente agria (sorprendente) y fue todo un acierto, el entorno es idílico para tomar un picnic y disfrutar del día es perfecto. Es un lugar muy acogedor donde se respira tranquilidad. Ya les felicité en persona pero aprovecho una vez más… enhorabuena por tener un rinconcito tan único y bien cuidado!!

Fuimos a la Cena de San Valentín donde nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad y nos acompañaron a nuestra mesa. Donde estaba muy bien adornada para el momento. Empecemos con unos platos expectaculares para compartir, y un plato individual de Costillar súper sabrosa y muy bien cocinada. Un postre donde la ternura y la elegancia de este restaurante se reflejaba en el. No me olvido del Cocinero que tube la oportunidad de Felicitarle y decirle lo bien que estaba la comida. Si queréis gozar de la buena gastronomía, amabilidad y elegancia de la Alpujarra. Visitar el Cercado. En Bérchules. Gracias de Corazón por Vuestra atencion.

Encantadísima!! Buen servicio, comida de calidad y exquisita, buen precio.Lo recomiendo 100% Menú San Valentín, destacó el Costillar super tierno, salsa suave, buenísima, y cremita de patata con huevos de Codorniz, y el postre de Chocolate 100%
