We highly recommend this B&B to friends who drive to Lake Königssee. Location: It is located in an area with a relatively high altitude. Along the way, you will pass by the houses of local residents and a logging factory. Due to the high location, you can see the snow-capped mountains and cattle and sheep in the distance, as if you are in a fairyland. Service: five star service! It was already evening when we arrived. The counter brother dressed in traditional German costumes personally carried our luggage up for us (there is no elevator in this B&B). He also carried it to the car for us when we checked out the next day. This was very warm for us who were tired from a day of traveling! Facilities: There is an indoor swimming pool and sauna in the B&B, as well as an outdoor barbecue. Room: We were lucky to get the highest loft suite in the B&B, which has a balcony; the rooms are very clean. Drinking water, shower supplies, hair dryers, TVs, indoor mops, etc. are also provided. Food: There are not many choices for breakfast, mainly bread, fruit, coffee, juice, etc. Disadvantages: - The road to the B&B is narrow and winding. It would be better to get there before dark. - You must drive to the nearby supermarkets and restaurants. It is recommended to buy what you need in advance and check in after filling your stomach. - This is not recommended for those who take public transportation

Hmmm., to be honest, here the citizens of Ukraine are hated. Their attitude is completely different. The owner of the hotel himself is a citizen of the Russian Federation, as well as the service staff. It is difficult to endure this hatred in their eyes towards us. They just openly rude to us, but the attitude towards their citizens is different. Everyone says that the attitude towards the refugees who live here on the floor above is different from that towards us. Mr. Aleksey Rasskzov, we ask you, we live in a different century and we ask you to leave your attitude and expression of nationalism at home .. We are your clients. Shame on you!! A great guesthouse with great amenities, such as a sauna and pool. At a lovely 27 degrees, even the child can stay longer. The rooms are clean and tidy, and our room was very large with a large bathroom. The furnishings are very lovely and the "living room" with the large panoramic window and a magnificent view is a little dream. The great terrace also offers a wonderful view. The breakfast is very lovingly prepared and, for our circumstances, there was nothing missing. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much

Hello. I share my sad experience. Of course, I thought that this was a myth, but I myself encountered this horror. Indeed, today tourists live in this hotel with refugees from Afghanistan, since Austria is nearby and the director of the hotel understands them, but the city pays him for it. But why do we need tourists, we pay for the rest, and not for this exotic. The hotel is good, the staff is rude, but it will do, but unwashed refugees are everywhere. This will not work. This is not a vacation

I am horrified by what happened here, I arrived at the Bello Hotel, Berchtesgaden. I was met and given a room. Everything was fine until they brought Afghan refugees from Austria to our hotel. They were dirty, unwashed, I ran out of the room and ran to the reception to demand an explanation. But it was a planned action, which is permanent in this hotel. The owner of the hotel, Aleksey Rasskazov, signed an agreement with the local administration of this town on the periodic reception of refugees from Syria and Afghanistan. He receives a good fee for each person. But he is also obliged to warn consumers about such actions. They are unwashed, they ate every day with us in the dining room, they are all black. I'm not a ******, but I pay for the rest and I have the right to get it. Imagine yourself in this situation in my place. I could not stand it and left this hotel. A nice little place high up in the Alps with great views. The room and other facilities are very good. There is a lot to see fairly close by (you can literally see Hitler's Eagle's Nest from the hotel) and it's really nice to just take a walk outside the hotel. And the hotel's operators, a couple, are also very nice.
