The hotel is located by one of the plazas near the river. The room was okay but it faced the street and was noisy. The bathroom was a challenge. No place for putting personal toiletries and the toilet paper was on the opposite wall across from the toilet. Breakfast was okay. There is only one small elevater which causes a traffic jam when groups depart.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst on a group tour of Albania. This is a large hotel, very convenient for the town and clean. Helpful staff. A building site next door, just started, so could be noisy in future. I was woken at 5 am due to the fact that buses pick up just across the road from our window and I think it was workers chattering and bus engines. Very small car park, but they did move (staff?) cars to fit ours in. Only room for about5 cars in total. Very few guests when we were there, breakfast ok but squash served rather than fruit juice. Some lurid cakes too, but we had freshly cooked eggs. Ok for a short stay.

Een goed hotel met een mooie ligging. Het ziet er vernieuwd uit en heeft een mooie badkamer. Perfecte plek als je in het centrum van Berat wilt zitten. De parkeerplaats is iets kleiner, maar alsnog voldoende plek om je auto daar te zetten. Personeel ook vriendelijk.

Tutto l'edificio e le camere avrebbero bisogno di una svecchiata, ma l'hotel è molto pulito, centrale, il personale cortese, le camere ampie. Colazione sufficiente. Tutto sommato è stata un'esperienza positiva, e con un buon rapporto qualita/prezzo.

Emplacement au top, petit parking privé sur demande (il faut laisser nos clés de voiture pour la déplacer en cas de besoin), bons conseils, bon petit déjeuner sucré salé, ascenseur, chambre spacieuse pour 4, pas trop bruyante...........

Éramos un grupo que ocupaba 5 habitaciones, las cuales estaban bien, sin lujos pero limpias y concretamente la mia muy amplia y con unas buenas vistas. El hotel muy familiary el personal muy servicial.

Ho dormito in una stanza che si affacciava sul cortile parcheggio dell’hotel nella quale erano posizionati i gruppi frigoriferi della struttura. Praticamente non ho dormito per il rumore continuo emesso da questi impianti. Da aggiungere a questo anche il rumore delle macchine dei clienti che entravano e uscivano dal parcheggio. Una esperienza da dimenticare.

L’accueil est excellent, les explications sur la ville et les restaurants ainsi que les points majeurs de la ville sont parfaites ! La chambre est standard, et pourtant nous avions pris une triple pour deux, la salle de bain mérite des changements (rideau … une aération inefficace. Quant au petit déjeuner, il n’est vraiment pas génial. Le plus : le parking très pratique
