At check in we were offered to upgrade to a room with a view and an additional charge of 50k. After agreeing and paying we went to the room, when we arrived at the room I opened the balcony door and what we saw was not a view but the street and the hotel parking area. Disappointed because the hotel staff did not explain in detail and did not explain that there was only one room left.
Then the bathroom drain was also clogged, so the water stagnated when taking a shower.
The TV did not work, making the children uncomfortable in the room.
