The ryokan is set in a beautiful, serene location, surrounded by nature, offering a peaceful retreat from daily life. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated in traditional Japanese style, blending modern comforts with authentic charm. The private onsen attached to my room was a highlight, allowing me to unwind in soothing hot springs while taking in the picturesque views. What truly sets Kannawaen apart is the attention to detail and personalized service. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect, making me feel truly cared for throughout my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful even though some couldn't converse in fluent English. Room was clean and we had a beautiful view of the sea. We even caught the sun rise! Onsen both indoors and outdoors were clean. I enjoyed the outdoors onsen more because of the lovely Seaview from the rooftop. Breakfast was nice. Only complaint was that the futon was too thin, I could feel the floor. Otherwise it was a lovely stay

This Super Hotel thoroughly represents ESG and its night bar and breakfast make it an exceptional experience. Although the twin bed room is quite small and not friendly for 2 person luggage to be opened.
