It was perfect! It was a hot spring trip with my parents. The kaiseki was great and the facilities were quiet and beautiful, so my parents and I were satisfied. I want to go again! However, I was curious because the water in the hot springs (outdoor and indoor) was dirty...😭I wonder if they don't clean it or if it's supposed to be done that way!! Anyway, the accommodation itself was the best!!👍

Choose dinner and breakfast, it's really worth it. It's just difficult to communicate in English. Employees must go after people.

I stayed for 2 nights, and both nights the food was slightly different and I was satisfied. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but it was delicious. Dessert in the lobby after breakfast. There aren't many varieties, but the warmth is conveyed by the fact that you can take them home with you to your room. The bathroom was also clean, but I wish it had a quick wiper if possible. I couldn't find the remote control for the air conditioner in the changing room of the open-air bath, so I was sweating profusely after I left. All the employees were very kind and worked hard.
