A wonderful hotel in the heart of the Beppu spring area. Everything is as it should be, very tasty and rich keisaki, a beautiful external onsen, a sauna in the internal onsen. Service at the highest level.

It was close to the express bus stop and the staff were very friendly and helpful! I had kaiseki cuisine for breakfast and dinner and it was delicious! Especially the sashimi👍

숙소는 자동차가 있으면 접근성이 더욱 좋지만, 없어도 충분히 찾아올 수 있습니다. 전용 주차장이 있어 자동차 여행에도 불편함이 없습니다.
객실 상태는 깨끗했고, 관리가 잘 되어 있습니다. 침구 또한 잘 관리 되어있고, 뜨거운 물과 차가운 물, 차, 간단한 스낵류가 탁상에 구비되어 있습니다.
객실 담당 직원과 리셉션 직원이 친절했습니다.
온천은 노천탕과 실내 대욕장으로 나뉘어있으며, 객실에 들어가면, 담당직원이 자세히 설명해주십니다.
프라이빗 온천을 예약을 할 수 있습니다. 이용시간은 40분 정도로 길진 않지만, 적은 인원이 이용하기엔 부족함은 없습니다.
가마도 지옥이 근처에 있으며, 도보로 약 5분 정도 입니다.
하지만, 숙소는 관광지가 있는 곳이라고 생각 안될 만큼 조용했습니다.
식사는 와식이 입에 맞으시는 분이라면 충분히 맛있게 드실 수 있을 것이라 생각합니다.
덕분에 벳부 여행을 더욱 행복하게 보낼 수 있었습니다. 다음에 또 오이타에 여행온다면, 다시 한 번 방문하고 싶습니다.

房間超大，套房，不過沒有景色，在一家温泉酒店邊上，晚上有噪音。服務好，不過餐食質量和預料的有差距。晚餐有刺身，但量少。幾乎所有食材一起上的，主食是大雞腿。温泉還好，在另外一處地方，大概離有20米。夏天去太熱了，泡好了房間內備有冰水。這點加分。圖是晚餐和早餐。

We stayed in a number of ryokans in the Yufu/Beppu area and Kiraku is my favourite. The location is excellent, a cul de sac right next to some of the Hells. With only 6 or 7 rooms, the service is impeccable and very personal. The accomodation is spacious with separate living room/sleeping area with 2 western semi double beds. You can book the family onsen for private use. Meals are delicious and I would highly recommend Kiraku for a genuine rural Kyushu experience.
