這是一間絕佳的溫泉渡假酒店，非常推薦。
迷人而且廣闊別府灣的景色盡收眼簾，令人陶醉！日式原木設計和現代朝流感同時呈現，令人喜出望外的溫泉酒店！
房間乾淨，整齊，空間寬敞舒適，陽台望出去的景色一流，現在是冬天，如果是春夏秋，相信更加勝人一籌！半露天私人溫泉非常舒服，令人放鬆，路途上的辛勞泡完全消失了！
所有工作人員都非常友善，（包括餐廳的工作人員），專業。今天氣溫只有1度，我們到達酒店時，已經有職員冒着寒風正在門外等候，見到他親切的笑容，立即覺得很溫暖，好像有種回家的感覺，他主動幫我們拿行李，而且送上房間。在大堂觀看酒店設施影片介紹時，他們附上甜品小食，非常貼心；在餐廳每個細節都很用心，服務周到，我們用完餐離開的時候，工作人員鞠躬至我們身影不見了，這樣的傳統敬業文化，真是令人敬佩！
酒店在半山，我們沒有自駕，在JR出站口右手邊就有計程車，十分鍾左右路程，非常方便。
感謝酒店所有工作人員的熱情招待，如果下次再來，我們還會選擇入住。

食物，服務都唔差，只是安排的房間(東101）的view與預訂的圖片不一樣，景觀給前面的建築物(浴場)遮擋三份一景觀，有些失望！

酒店位置離市區較遠，我是自駕前往的，另外酒店環境較新，有私人溫泉可使用，早餐很好吃，大推，值得一試。

너무 친절하시고 음식도 맛있었어요! 시설도 너무 좋았고 뷰가 끝내줬습니다. 다만 룸서비스가 안돼서 호텔 들어가실때 간식거리를 미리 준비해서 들어가시는게 좋아요. 편의점 가려면 차타고 5분정도 이동해야합니다. 택시는 카운터에 요청하면 바로바로 불러주셔서 이동하는데 불편함은 없었습니다. 벳푸지역에 가게되면 다시 이 호텔 이용하고싶어요
