The room was wonderful the view, the cleanliness, the staff. Parking was free. They carried our bags to the room despite our insistence to carry it ourselves, the kaiseki course meal in room was wonderful. Onsen at the rooftop was great. All in all best ryokan/hotel we stayed in, in Kyushu. Will definitely be staying here should we be in beppu again.

The service is very good. The room is also beautiful but the sea view is so so. The breakfast is good. According to the other travel website, the most famous is the dinner. Their food is outstanding.

Our stay was enjoyable, The location is very central and our room had a good view of the sea. The staff were very helpful and extremely well mannered. The breakfasts were traditional Japanese and were very good and filling. We didn't really need lunch after the breakfasts. The hotel is a little dated but is still a great place to stay so we recommend it.

At night there was mosquito that disturb sleeping. Dinner and breakfast quiet good.
Onsen was relaxing and cosy.
The bed western style was very nice .

Breakfast and dinner were both delicious. The room was also very spacious and nice.
The staff were all friendly and the hot springs were clean and nice.
I also really liked the location. There was a Don Quijote right in front with an ocean view. The only downside was that it felt a bit old...
