This type room is big & very comfortable for 2 persons with big luggages, the room is very clean but we need to made bed by ourselves. Staff is very nice and can suggest the good recommendations for nearby onsen and good restaurants around there. The common space and kitchen room is also good, they are provide many type of drinking with ice for us.
This hotel is located very close to beach, Beppu tower and ‘Don Quijote’. Love it.
If you have plan to go to Beppu, it is very good choice ! Recommended!!

It was nice that it was large for a Japanese hotel and the rooms were separated.
However, there is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of luggage.
But my mom said she really liked it^^

The room is more spacious than expected. There is a separate bathroom and shower room. Compared to Kumamoto and HAKATA, this place is considered a great value. If I come again Will come back and stay here again. The staff tries their best to speak English for us to understand and pay attention to details. Calmly informed the accommodation rules. The room was clean and easy to use.
However, my check-in was going to be delayed, so I called them in advance to let them know that I was going to be late, as I had explained, but they didn't speak in a very pleasant way, and I didn't get a good impression from the way they talked about their own convenience.
When I checked in, I didn't even smile and explained things in a matter-of-fact manner, just like answering the phone.
I'm not saying that the customer is God, but if you work in the customer service industry, you should expect a little more customer service.
The final blow was that some ill-mannered guests were laughing stupidly in the common area before 6 a.m. and could be heard all the way to the rooms.
The facilities are nice and clean, but there are a lot of things I'm dissatisfied with.
