They didn't even try to carry your luggage when you checked in. The food was unbelievably bad, almost everything was pre-made, the sashimi and meat were awful. Breakfast was the same, there wasn't even miso soup. There was no room service, and even though dinner was from 5pm you couldn't even order a midnight snack. The food and service were simply awful. They should probably go and check out places like Koten in Yufuin or No Sato in Kikuchi, Kumamoto. Everything needs to be reviewed - customer service, room facilities, room service, food. They need to create a system where they humbly listen to what customers have to say.
