工作人員態度非常友好 温泉就是鬼山温泉源泉 有兩處露天温泉都很寬敞 入住晚恰巧碰上樂器表演 環境很不錯 距離幾個地獄都是步行距離 早晚餐也很滿意 下次會繼續入住

很驚喜升級了房間，很大足夠睡四個人，有單獨的泡澡的地方。温泉很舒服，樓頂的露天温泉能觀景又可以泡，推薦。晚餐比較一般，感覺不是很值。

位置好到加零一…無得輸
但稍微有點歲月痕跡…但總體是可以的！
最失敗是那個晚餐及早餐…先不要品評好不好吃…
坐在一個空洞的禮堂…完全太失禮，像是領取政府救濟…感覺很差
食物也不見得在出色的日本菜上能加分…

我們被安排到了5樓東座的房間，起床看日出還可以看到海，真的超級贊，地理位置很方便，，旁邊有車站直接到由布院和別府車站。服務人員也很好。這裏的温泉很舒服，有頂上看海的也有一樓户外的，都很贊，建議晚上樓下的，早上起床到樓頂去泡湯和看日出😜
酒店步行去海地獄、泥地獄、白地獄和鬼地獄都很近…..都在旁邊，這裏到處都冒着煙的感覺很好

酒店雖然歷史悠久，外表也有點殘舊，但整體也很整齊清潔，由於座落在地獄群附近所以對於遊訪各大地獄十分方便！

服務態度很好，熱心周到。早餐是自助，很豐富。晚餐也很豐盛，吃不完。贈送了鬼山溫泉的券。下次還會選擇住那裡。

酒店位置很好，五個地獄温泉街就在酒店的後身（停車場），去鐵輪2的案內所也方便。温泉不錯，早餐晚餐都很豐盛

基本上服務沒有什麼問題，但前台對華人的態度感覺不太舒服因為旁邊有日本本土旅客作參考
食物質素可以的，温泉確實也很可以
房間是舊式地蓆的房間，房間是可以的

真的是很有歷史的飯店，且價格不便宜，我小孩在6F大浴場的更衣間，被老舊木地板的木刺刺到腳底板，有兩個刺入傷口，櫃檯人員給了鑷子、白藥水及OK蹦後，就看著小孩狂哭家長手忙腳亂，沒有任何積極的作為，回去櫃檯了。
直到隔天我跟櫃台主管反應，知道他不會講英文，請櫃檯人員翻譯後，才聽到第一聲Sorry，就這樣結束很不愉快的行程。
這間飯店所有硬體設備都只是堪用狀態，業者的維護品質很差，我自己去頂樓的露天溫泉，燈光灰暗、設備老舊、幾乎沒人使用感覺蠻恐怖的，戶外地上就放幾個木製棧板給你踩，當天下雨，在戶外洗澡處完全沒遮蔽，就淋著雨洗澡，地下洗石子地板也破了好幾處，我想一定還會有很多人腳會受傷。
奉勸想去住宿的人想清楚，想實際體驗「切小O家的旅館」風格與感覺的，可以趕快預約入。
