JR福岡2小時左右特急Sonic到JR別府站，出站後，有指引到東口的旅遊服務中心，可以拜託小姐姐聯繫酒店接車服務。酒店的接駁車都在西口，接待按照車身廣告尋找。車程10分鐘就到了。
❗️酒店温馨的大堂，住的都是和風別墅，體量非常小，一個室外温泉，金湯！！地面都是金塊的温泉。兩天一晚沒見過客人，等於獨自享用。進去温泉前有個更衣室，暖氣十足，表揚👍🏾一泊兩食，晚餐有工作人員上門提醒，宴會料理，10來道菜菜。次日早餐也是🈚️油水的套餐。[害羞R]
❗️免費提供送JR別府的車，退房很安心。

和朋友第一次體驗日式旅館，很開心可以有日式道地的體驗。我們在別府站不知道怎樣過去旅館，打電話過去有專車接送，非常好服務，員工也十分友善，那裡有台灣員工還可以用中文溝通。
旅館的環境一流，室內是日式榻榻米的風格，還有提供日式的睡衣，看著窗外優美的風景，令人十分賞心悅目。
溫泉可以私人預約，也有公眾溫泉，很大很舒適。
早餐也是很道地的日式料理，很高水準，好吃！
絕對推薦這家旅館，無論服務、環境、設施、食物，也令人十分滿意，是會令人想再次入住的旅館。

旅店服務非常個人化，設施一流，有自己的獨立房子，而且還可以預訂私人温泉池。晚餐與早餐很不錯。
最重要的是旅店服務人員非常用心。這次在當地遊玩時手機被人拿走，多虧了旅店服務人員幫忙與警察與其他方聯絡，並陪我們一起去追尋手機，最終才順利找回。非常感謝！

부모님 동반 가족여행 다녀왔습니다. 부모님이 일본료칸 처음 가시는거라 일부러 럭셔리급 쇼와엔으로 예약했는데 아주 만족하셨습니다. 객실은 오래됬지만 관리가 잘되있어서 전통체험차 좋았구요 다른 료칸들에 비해 넓은게 장점이었습니다. 가족끼리 프라이빗하게 잘 지내다왔구요 무엇보다도 석시 복어 코스는 정말 맛있었습니다. 살짝 아쉬운점은 대욕장 규모가 아담한건데 이용할때 늘 저희밖에 없어서 또 괜찮았습니다. 또 가고 싶네요.

If there is a paradise, this is how it looks like. The place is incredibly beautiful, the hot springs are wonderful, the service and food are superb. I was here with four other friends as we came to Beppu to see a couple of bamboo artists. Highly recommended.

Nous sommes venus passé deux jours à Beppu entre amis et avons passé la nuit dans cet hôtel. La suite était très spacieuse, et la salle de bains vraiment splendide. Le service a été impeccable, merci encore à eux pour leur accueil chaleureux.
