大冰溝是個值得去的天然氧吧，景色比較美，這個時候去已經沒有冰了，但是依然不影響它的美。景區內這個遊客中心住宿，客觀的説衞生還算可以，餐飲味道比較大眾，但是服務態度真的有待提高。不知道附近是否還有其他住宿，還是他一家獨大。客房服務員脾氣比顧客還大。我們住的是奢華榻榻米，兩天九百多。進到屋內想換拖鞋，看到衹有兩雙，我們三個人，於是打電話讓前台送來一雙拖鞋，不一會兒我們收拾好行李打算鋪下床鋪，才發現衹有兩個枕頭，於是又給前台打電話要枕頭，服務員説剛才不是送了嗎，我説剛才送的是拖鞋，結果服務員很不耐煩的説下次一次性説完要什麼！出來玩真的是心情好不想和她們一般見識。三到四人間放兩個枕頭，兩雙拖鞋，每天限定兩瓶礦泉水，加上這個服務態度，真是不值它這個價格！如果服務態度不改善，真的是抹黑了大冰溝！

七月末住宿在本溪大冰溝，公園晚間氣温22度，非常涼爽!和孩子一起體驗了公園的遊玩項目，非常有意思，很刺激，孩子們玩的很開心。午飯和晚餐都在園內就餐，價格便宜，五個人花了一百多。長者們都説味道很正宗，在炎熱的夏天大冰溝真是本次出行的有意義的旅行體驗😁😁😁

服務：沒有電梯，行李是自己從一樓搬上去的，剛去前台給一個人辦卡辦了能有十分鐘，兩個人效率低下，然後空調調到0度還熱，負責飯那個前台，服務，差！差！差！沒有培訓的員工就上崗，態度惡劣
讓拿被，跟前台説了，前台要給被套，説了好幾遍要被，最後保潔還是給的被套，説夏天蓋被套就可以了，哈哈哈哈哈哈。
設施：房間挺好的，酒店非常貼心，電視是有線的的看電視不會卡頓，相關負責人也給我們道歉了，但是歸根結底還是培訓不到位，而且我們心情也不好了。
在園區內住，遊玩也很快，不怕人多

房間在山裡，一點都不潮，而且沒有蚊子這點超級棒，衞生也可以，服務人員很熱情，講解得也很仔細，電視不需要投屏都可以看，智能窗簾和馬桶也給好評，出門就是孩子玩的地方

除了住宿的環境一般（榻榻米縫裡有瓜子皮，地也不乾淨），別的都很好，山清水秀，溪水都是冰涼的，避暑聖地。服務人員態度也很好。住宿帶早餐。晚餐也是物美價廉。推薦。

一開始訂房看到有很多差評，有點猶豫，但訂房太晚了，沒太多房源。衹能來這裏，但我來了之後我才發現，根本不是差評裏寫的那樣，服務人員非常熱情，服務態度特別好，景區裏面含氧量無敵，房間也非常好，晚上睡覺非常安靜，早晨也非常豐盛，沒有半成品，都是大姐們手工包的大包子，我衹能説，這次的旅行非常愉快。下次來大冰溝肯定還住這。謝謝所有的工作人員。

幾點注意
1.高德位置不準確，實際位置在景區內，我訂的房含門票，到門口打電話給酒店前台就可以
2.沒有電梯，如果東西很多建議協調一樓房間

房間很整潔，就是在遊客中心二樓，有點吵，進進出出的人在樓下嘮嗑，門有大縫隙也不隔音，但是12點以後基本就很安靜了，吃飯不貴味道也不錯，整體性價比還是很高的
