本溪市峇裏島這家酒店的環境還可以，物美價廉，地理位置也還可以，就是早餐差點，但總體還是能吃飽的，建議選擇。

酒店環境乾淨整潔、房間大住的舒服，酒店門口免費停車，但停車位緊張。酒店前台服務不好，三人間房間只有兩瓶水，我們問了一下，前台冰冷的回了一句，不管幾人入住，一個房間就兩瓶水。感覺太不舒服了，很差的入住體驗。

真垃圾 哪哪都垃圾 晚上酒店沒燈，牌子還在犄角旮旯，打酒店電話咋打都不接，找了一個來小時好不容易找到了，車位又找半個點，辦入住的時候跟前台説這些問題，愛理不理的（服務態度極差）也沒管我和我對象要身份證登記（安全問題堪憂），辦完入住上樓後發現房間跟圖片壓根就不符，聯繫前台説就剩下這個了，沒別的房了，我真的呵呵了，因為找酒店找車位，凌晨五點才辦完入住，第二天想晚一點退房，並且也説了，可以付費延時，兩點退就行，結果前台很不客氣的説，衹能12點退，必須12點退。我真了，那麼晚入住，跟酒店🈶很大原因，結果我要付費延時倆點還不讓。衹想説你家酒店**，對了，被子床單也很臟。沒住過這麼這麼差的酒店，從位置到環境再到服務我是真的震驚，一個酒店是怎麼做到這樣差的，大家避雷吧，可能這個酒店要倒閉了？

酒店設施太舊了。網上訂的房間，入住後發現空調不好用，店家先後派服務員和維修師傅多次處理，導致我們根本無法正常休息，最後空調依然沒有處理好，於是同意給我們換一間類似房型。新房間空調倒是能制熱，但是聲音特別大，衞生間也小很多，關鍵是衞生間進出有兩級大台階，非常不方便，衞生間在用水後還會發出突突的聲音，不知道是排水泵還是什麼，聲音特別大。酒店地理位置有點鬧，窗子隔音不好，各種車經過的聲音，晚上很難入睡。下圖是房間門，縫隙有點大。

我們是8個朋友，外地旅遊過來的，定了4間房，第一次體驗這麼差！！
1.屋裡不知道是水管還是什麼的聲音，像電鑽鑽頭皮一樣，特別大的聲音，特別特別響（視頻放不出來）我們四個房間都有這個問題，很恐怖説真的，酒店處理起問題也很差，無作為，就説滿房沒辦法，最後還是太害怕了去了朋友的房間才好。
2.停車也很讓人無語，明明説好有停車位，到了就沒有請停車位了，還貼條，態度惡劣，不處理問題，

設施老舊。當晚九點多入住，一開門有味道，打開窗通通風覺得也還行，就沒反饋前台。結果，第二天一大早，六點半七點左右，應該是他們酒店做早飯，開始從空調口出油煙的味道，然後就是炸魚的味道。那房間能想象嗎？人根本呆不下去，就好像空調出口就是油煙機的出口，味道巨大！！！！！打電話給前台無人解決。於是一大清早，收拾東西下樓，要求酒店退房費，當著我們的麪給工程打電話説，房間管道又漏了，看來不止發生一次。然後打電話詢問領導怎麼解決吧，解決半天告訴我，衹能退50而且必須當著他們的麪 五星好評？？？？？？太搞笑了吧？？？要不要聽聽自己在説什麼？？一百多的酒店沒要求你什麼，起碼屋裡不能有這麼濃郁的油煙味道吧？
