酒店內整體環境很棒，前台很和善，室內衞生也很不錯，晚間很安靜，出去旅遊想要睡個好覺，來這裡是再好不過了，我住的那一面可以看到平頂山，每天早上起來往窗外看真的很美，心情都好了！

房間新裝修的，雖然不大，但是挺乾淨的。但是，不知道為什麼外面那麼吵，隔音很不好。可能不沖馬路那邊的要好點吧。另外，服務比較一般吧。

酒店位置位於高鐵站和平頂山森林公園中間，酒店旁邊就是公交站，非常方便，房間衛生很乾淨，不大不小，前台小姐姐非常好

服務態度不好，尤其店裡老闆，商量加被等事情，不予解決，態度非常強硬，一點不通融，你們這是新開的酒店，就這麼對待客户？？不會再去第二次，住宿體驗極差，服務特別不滿意！！！！

房間設施很新，也乾淨。但前台1服務員，不僅有紋身，且沒見過笑臉，語氣相當生硬，感覺酒店就是她開的（或許真是）。總之，除了前台，其他90分以上。
