房間乾淨整潔，前台服務非常熱情！這個民宿所有人都充滿着笑臉，讓人非常舒服，入住之後天降祥瑞在山谷裡邊泡温泉，一邊欣賞雪天景色非常的棒！酒店的早餐非常營養好吃，尤其是餐廳一位穿紅色衣服的阿姨非常温柔，給人一種非常舒服的感覺！

週末的儀式感是泊心給的，忠實粉絲，乾淨衞生就不用説了，湯溝温泉裏的天花板民宿酒店，房間贈送的小吃都是山姆家的，一樓的房間有室外泡池，這個季節泡室外很幸福，室內外的泡池都很大，我和我家人都喜歡來這泡温泉，小院裏面有桌子能燒烤，夏天來燒烤泡温泉也是不錯的選擇，離關門山近，酒店附近還有燒烤飯店，遊玩生活都很方便，就是一點不好，早餐太早了，八點半就結束，我這種懶床的人基本上吃不上早飯…

入住的山景大床房，858元，是這家最貴的房間。
1、衞生：一進房間就有一股黴味。浴室、床頭都可見頭髮，顯然是未清理乾淨。睡衣不求是新的，至少清洗消毒吧，皺皺巴巴還泛黃，全程沒敢穿；
2、環境：門口停車非常緊張。所謂的山景就是對面一個小土坡，園區內温泉池是沒有水的，考慮3月還冷可以理解，温泉池裡都是冰雪，偶見塑料袋、煙頭；
3、服務：這個重點説説。（1）早餐我和朋友去得比較晚（依然在早餐時間），涼菜區海帶所剩無幾，有人問需要加不（好像是店長經理類），我還沒回答，一名女店員直接説不用加了，就他倆這點夠了，話説不該是問顧客意見嗎，你一個店員嫌麻煩擅自做什麼決定？心裏不舒服，後來店長給續上了；（2）房間內有兩瓶礦泉水和一個小桶礦泉水，未標明收費及價格，那默認應該是免費的吧。我朋友打開了小桶泡了點茶（我沒注意），退房結賬時前台問我桶裝水打開沒有，我説沒有（不是故意，確實沒注意到），走出酒店朋友提醒我水打開了，就這時前台電話打進來了，説查房發現水打開了，要我加她微信給她12元水錢。我立馬加微給她轉了，然後馬上刪除。咱説一來你沒標明收費及價格，二來住這麼貴房間還追着要瓶水錢，是沒多少錢，就這服務和格局，呵呵，肯定是不會再來了。
最後，可以預見的是店家回覆：抱歉給您帶來不好體驗，然後一頓解釋……

訂的帶庭院的温泉房型 進去感覺空間稍微小一些 但還好泡池都非常的乾淨 房間還算私密 但是如果旁邊有人説話 會有些吵 屋內隔壁上下水聲音和空調外掛機聲音非常的大 晚上睡覺有些吵 酒店外面有很多飯店吃飯比較便利

應該是湯溝這邊比較高檔的温泉酒店 不論是環境還設施都是數一數二的 前台服務非常好 沒到時間但是房間收拾出來了就可以入住 比較人性化 親子出行訂的是一張大床房 還另外提供了一套被褥 非常貼心個
還有歡迎小零食而且是山姆的 早餐樣式也非常豐富 總之 一次非常開心的入住體驗 下次去湯溝泡温泉還會繼續入住 強烈推薦庭院山景房哦👍

酒店地處温泉小鎮一條街邊！有些日式風的感覺，乾淨素雅。環境很好，服務和早餐都不錯超出預期，泡池很舒服，水很熱，還有贈送山姆餅乾！牛奶。驚艷到我了，下次還會再來！

應該是住過最差的温泉酒店。首先頂多算民宿，體量和檔次根本算不上高檔酒店。其次，衞生環境堪憂，入住後衞生間全是水，屋裡很多東西都是舊的沒有換，最噁心的是馬桶，我連拍照都嫌惡心，大便還在馬桶上……。最後説温泉，刷了半小時一點不誇張，水上全都是漂浮物，我不是一個挑剔的人，也幾乎不評論。但是大過年的真的挺噁心，不知道這個酒店花多少錢買水軍。另外，房間很小，我們還是躍層，隔壁的雙人間開門就是床，而且室外温泉根本沒開，計劃投訴到平台，欺騙消費實在受不了了，真的太噁心。
