環境不錯，乾淨衞生，農家小院安靜，有空調，大炕有電熱，温度可控，老闆兩口子人很隨和，老闆娘手藝不錯，做菜味道很好，美中不足的是沒看到一次性洗漱用品，反正自己帶的無所謂了，衞生間是玻璃拉門，隔音效果不太好，估計民宿基本上都是這樣。總體來説挺好

房間很乾凈 十一來這裏住很舒服 屋內有空調 還有電熱毯 睡覺一點也不冷 早上七點半就能吃上早餐 老闆和老闆娘很熱情 去小市一莊也很近 很方便 門口停車位也多 不用擔心沒地方停車！體驗很好

房間是一個大電炕，很寬敞。老闆娘服務很周到
如果是自駕來，從院子出發一會就到水洞了，出了水洞離小市一莊也很近，
如果不是自駕也沒關係，老闆就是跑出租車的，可以接送。
飯菜也很合口味，院子裏自家種的青菜，還有好多果樹。摘了好多新鮮的黃瓜吃

小院特別棒，種了櫻桃獼猴桃，可以在院子裏吃飯；老闆夫妻也很熱情，飯菜也好吃，分量很足，兩個人的菜沒吃完，第二天老闆還幫我們熱了，吃了才走，沒有出租車，老闆還送我們到客運站；還有離水洞和小市一莊都很近，水洞結束走路就能到。總之，推薦，就是迴歸田園生活的感覺~

離水洞挺近，步行十多分鐘就到了，老闆大哥大姐人很好，熱情周到，環境很好，特別乾淨温馨的農家小院，早餐豐富，不夠隨便加，小鹹菜特好吃，老闆大哥開出租，來回出行也方便，還給了很多出行建議，本來打算去老邊溝，聽了大哥建議去的關門山森林公園，玩的很愉快，總體來説經濟實惠，住的也舒服，一家人出行遊玩非常合適的選擇，已推薦給同事和朋友

現在看來五分好評有一定道理。首先地點離本溪水洞很近，步行就可以，我們一早起來就去水洞，等我們遊玩回來路上看到排隊已經很多人了。店主人很隨和，屋子收拾的也很乾凈，下次會推薦朋友去的。

小院特色鮮明，幽靜清新！葡萄藤、軟棗子藤果實累累，蘋果、雞心果掛滿樹枝，隨手採摘品嚐，香甜爽口！房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔。晚餐燒茄子，五花肉燉白菜都是院子裏現摘的新鮮蔬菜，羊湯、烤鱒魚特色非常可口，強力推薦！！
