一共3個訂單這個必須要給差評，前台服務沒得説，沒問題。浴池無人提示需先拿浴巾，淋浴後，無毛巾幹身，樓下男浴池服務人員李樹林服務態度極差，説沒拿浴巾，直接和我説：跟他沒關係，是你自己的事。可見其平時囂張的服務態度，國營企業更應該加強鞏固服務觀念，提升客户復購的意願度。

榻榻米房間住五六個人都可以，挺大的，衞生尚可，一開始淋浴沒有熱水，及時給修理了，服務很好。温泉區分室內室外的，真正的温泉水，室外有的沒開，不過也夠用，室內有小童娛樂設施，有膠皮味。吃到經濟實惠，早餐一般，晚餐自點挺好吃的，88套餐6個菜，菜量足，味道好。整體設施比較陳舊，應及時更新。

性價比很高，衹有他家有泳池，温泉也有很多種類室外，室內，周圍民宿設施不行。他家挺好的各方面，人性化很高，我從大慶去的，五一時間少衹住了一夜，從本溪水洞出來都三點。發現湯溝這地方還有很多景區，這個酒店沒住夠，以後找時間還會去的！

低端的温泉酒店，有泳池和一點小孩玩的地方，實在雖然有温泉池子，但是環境很簡陋，有的甚至還不開放，
客房也一般般，衞生間挺臟的…馬桶圈不乾淨…
應該不會再去…感覺大一點的洗浴中心的衞生和服務都會更好一些…並且最近在修路，換路線的話也比較顛簸，灰塵也很大
