The stay was pleasant in this hotel, clean with good service but the only downside for Westerner no hot coffee or tea for breakfast otherwise the rest is perfect.

Very nice! I only stayed here for 1 day this time, and I had no expectations for returning to my old place. But I was lucky enough to choose the Marriott, which made me look at this place with admiration. The warm service, luxurious facilities, and sumptuous breakfast make people feel happy and forget to leave. For these reasons, Tianci Marriott will be my first choice for accommodation when I come here in the future. Since I don’t have the habit of leaving pictures, I didn’t take any photos. When I first entered the lobby, I felt that the style of the hotel was too old-fashioned, and I was especially taken aback by the statue of Queen Xiaozhuang. But upon closer inspection, I feel that the hotel is very tasteful and the furnishings in the lobby are very expensive. The food in the restaurant is also very delicious. The location of the hotel is also very good. Parking is convenient and the location is moderately close to various attractions. I must give it a 5-star rating.

I really like it. The front desk service is considerate. I checked in early and took my children with me. Any problems were solved quickly. If you have any health requirements, they were handled very well. The room is often full (group building, wedding banquet), but because we are on the 12th floor, the impact is not big. , the scenery is also beautiful. The breakfast is rich and really good The restaurant on the second floor has private tables and private rooms. The food is delicious and economical.

Everything about the room was good, except for two things! 1. There are cockroaches in the house. There are pictures and the truth. It made me step on it and it was a little bit different! 2. The two waiters clearing the tables in the breakfast restaurant were very loud. There were many people eating in the whole restaurant, but the sound of you two throwing plates and chopsticks was not as loud as yours. Maitai, you can wear some gloves or something, so that you don’t have to worry about it early in the morning!

The hotel is very quiet, clean and tidy, and the front desk lady is warm and thoughtful. It is also close to water caves and other attractions, which is very convenient. Recommended to stay.

The price on weekdays is between 300-500. I checked in on May 1 and checked out on May 3. The price per night was 890 yuan. This is understandable, after all, it is during the holidays, but I want to say that at least the service and facilities should keep up. After all, this is a relatively expensive hotel in the town. Children's slippers and toothbrushes should be available. In addition to the abnormal downward spraying of water, the shower sprayed water everywhere, making the bathroom full of water. I asked for a floor towel once and urged twice, and it took more than half an hour to deliver it. On the morning of the 2nd, when I had breakfast, the service staff asked me how many people I was with. I said two rooms, four adults and two children (breakfast time is 8:30, basically past the peak period). On the morning of the 3rd, when I had breakfast, I was stopped by a lady who should be the catering supervisor and told us that children would be charged for breakfast. I explained that it was free yesterday, so why was it charged today, and I specifically asked the front desk when I checked in, and the front desk said that children under 1.2 meters were free. I just wanted an explanation. The lady told me that it was because we took advantage yesterday, and today we could waive the breakfast fee for one child, charging 24 yuan. Forget it. We don't want to let a breakfast affect our mood for the whole day. I paid 48 yuan. I was really angry. Haha. The funniest thing is that when I reviewed the hotel, I looked at the hotel policy and found that there was no 24 yuan standard. The payee was not the hotel. Who was Chen Hui (the lady's head picture, not the hotel)? I was speechless and felt that I was so stupid. Fortunately, my mood for the whole day was not affected by a breakfast. I bought a happy bar for 48 yuan.

The room is clean and tidy, the service is excellent, the environment is nice, it is a pleasant experience, I will patronize it next time.

After entering the hotel, although there were many people, the check-in was quite fast. The twin room was also quite large. Except that the facilities were a little old, such as the faucet needed to be adjusted, the other hygiene was quite good. There was free mineral water and instant coffee in the room!
