Никогда еще не тратила столько нервов в поездке. 1 - забронировала даты, все подтвердили, а в итоге хозяин написал, что не может разместить последние две ночи и это их ошибка, договорились, что переселят в другой отель. По прибытии выяснилось, что комнату нам все-таки предоставят (после нашей просьбы). 2 - комнату бронировали с завтраками, а оказалось, что у хозяина оплачен только номер без завтраков. Нам было озвучено, что это уже не первый раз (не понимаю, почему хозяин не решает эту проблему , сваливает вину на клиента, который забронировал не напрямую , а через посредников, говорит, что это не моя проблема). Кое как выбили завтраки, хозяин сказал это от него комплимент. Остался неприятный осадок, будто мы выпросили эти завтраки. На завтрак почти буханка хлеба (хлеб мы вообще не едим , пришлось есть, так как деваться некуда было), после ругани нам предоставили какое-то разнообразие пару раз. Впервые с таким ужасом сталкиваюсь. Хозяин сотрудничает с трип ком и уверяет что он с ними дело не имеет и их не знает.
Плюс: в отеле чисто , красивый вид с балкона. На этом всё. Никому бы не посоветовала здесь оставаться, есть отели ближе к берегу, местоположение этого гестхауса оставляет желать лучшего. Прямой дороги к пляжу нет, только закоулками , в итоге не менее 30-40 минут дорога занимала до океана.

Пребывание в отеле оставило неприятные впечатления. Номер оплачивали с завтраками, но по каким-то причинам в завтраках нам отказали. Оператор и хозяин отеля не смоги разобраться между собой по стоимости и оплате. В итоге отель не проявил никакой клиентоориентированности и не предоставил нам завтраки. Тем не менее оператор вернул деньги за завтраки, что означает, что номер все же был оплачен с завтраками. Делаем вывод, что причина в отеле. Кроме этого, очень убогие полотенца, застиранные, дырявые. Их вообще всего два, по одному на каждого для душа. Кое-как выпросили еще одно. Не верьте предыдущим отзывам, что пляж рядом. До него идти не меньше 25 минут.

Beautiful accommodation near the center of Bentota and the beach only for Czech tourists. They cook excellently here and what you order. Very nice owners who will do whatever they see fit for you. There is also a beautiful swimming pool with a view of the river.

A small family run riverside lodge, the welcome you will receive at Fuji is perfect. We have never had hospitality like it and will never use large impersonal hotels again. Everything is perfect . Rooms are simply furnished with a small fridge, safe and tea and coffee. En-suite and aircon, they are serviced daily by the staff. The infinity pool and surroundings are beyond beautiful, a perfect relaxation after a busy day. Breakfast is simple fresh and plentiful, fresh fruits and juices, eggs cooked to your order and Sri Lankan breakfast if you like too. The owners take so much pleasure in making sure you are happy, they will always have kind words , funny stories and plentiful knowledge to share. Don’t expect the facilities of a huge impersonal hotel, instead appreciate the opportunity to share the experience of true Sri Lankan hospitality.

If I could say one sentence about this place it would be: absolutely perfect. We were at the Fuji Inn with two small children and two teenagers. Every age group was enthusiastic. The children really enjoyed the large pool with a small paddling pool. The hotel owners are very nice, helpful and pleasant. They make sure that you feel absolutely satisfied. They also adapt the food menu for us what we really appreciated with the children. they will be happy to help you with any questions. The rooms are beautifully large, cozy and clean. We can't help but thank you very much for the wonderful days in this hotel and for the care of the staff.

The room was large and airy, spotlessly clean, large comfortable bed with two fans and A/C, and a sitting area. The shower was a large walk-in, with usually plentiful hot water and regular changes of towels. One wall was a large window with glass door looking out on the garden and the river. Outside was a balcony which was lovely to sit on and admire the view. Mr and Mrs Kumar could not have been better hosts. They were willing and able to help with every enquiry, and had useful contacts for trips out. The breakfast was delightful with freshly carved fruit, choice of eggs, and toast. We were also given samples of Mrs Kumar's cooking to taste each day. We dined here twice and enjoyed some of the best Sri Lankan cuisine.Mrs Kumar is happy to provide an evening meal at a very reasonable cost. We stayed here twice, once for 4 nights, and then after a trip to Yala, a further 6 nights. We found this hotel to be a hidden gem!

It was absolutely perfect holiday in Sri Lanka! Very nice and quite place, clean and cozy rooms, swimming pool, really nice, helpfull and kind people and very tasty fresh and healthy food. I really can recomend this accomodation! Thanks a lot!

We had a great time there. There were pleasant service, food.Very nice people, who were always healpfull. Nice view and calm place included nice swimming pool. Clean room, beach was close. We really recommend this hotel even if for families with kids.
