Toilet was not cleaned. It had a lot of hair on the seat. The bed sheets had stains on them. The front desk lady who had the straight curly hair were very rude to the guests. Will not be back again.

We called several different hotels and they all had pools but were either closed for the season or were way to exspensive. The Laquita of bentonville was close to home. It was very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The pool and spa area was well kept. Rooms were warm and clean. The breakfast bar had an excellent selection and fresh

What amazing front desk and kitchen staff. The breakfast is amazing. Hog waffles! The rooms are a little outdated but they are super clean. I will definitely be back!

I wasn't too fond of this hotel brand, but I have to say that it's a great value for money. The only problem is the breakfast, which is really terrible and worse than the American average~
