This classic hotel has the best location for sure. Also they deliver a nice experience on the weekends with music and sparkling wine in the lounge. Sparking cleanliness and great pool as well with fair preces at the poor bar. Breakfast is huge and overall good but many goodies are not fresh. However, nothing justifies so outdated hotel room in southern Brazil where any simpler chain is highly designed and modern. Especially paying about a two hundred US dollars a night.

O ar condicionado não estava funcionado. Há um dispositivo conectado as janelas.. Veio um funcionário, informando isto e verificou as janelas. Em vez de fechas as janelas ele fechou somente a tela e o aparelho continuou sem funcionar toda a noite.Foi bem ruim pois estava bem quente a noite.

Ser um hotel antigo não é o problema desta estadia. O grande mal é a falta de manutenção tanto nas áreas comuns quanto no quarto. Tirando o lobby que é bonito, vimos carpetes imundos no restaurante. Quarto com móveis estragados, cortinas sujas e o pior, banheiro com metais enferrujados e pintura do teto caindo.
