Beautiful view from room, lobby staff all looking sharp, service effective most of time, keen to solve problem when you bring the problem to their face.
Yet first resort/hotel I encountered that seemingly outsourced their phone service to somewhere else, every time I call, in room or outside, I would be told a “case” would be lodged in the system and passed to other staff who didn’t actually show up to fix the problem. In the very contrary if you go to the lobby and talk to the sharp looking folks there they get you problem solved/question answered right away. Odd.
