Oft's Bed and Breakfast

I surprised my husband with an early Christmas present, a night away from home. We knew nothing about Oft's or the town. We were very pleased with the location, facilities and breakfast. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and fun to have breakfast with. I would like to note that the room was one of the cleanest that I have ever stayed in. You can tell that they are concerned about the details. There is a nice display of family history and memorabilia. Just outside the door was an interesting display of town and house history. It is worth taking a few minutes to read all the signs and pictures, as it makes you appreciate the lovely building and history so much more. We stayed in the Gordon Suite and enjoyed the bathroom in our room. The hosts have put so much time and effort into making their home welcoming and comfortable. I encourage you to stay here.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Oft's B & B. Gordon and Linda were amazing hosts. The home was immaculate. Our bedroom was so cozy and the bed and sheets were very comfortable. Every morning we were greeted with fresh coffee and Gordon made the most wonderful breakfasts. Homemade blueberry pancakes, potatoes, homemade bread, bacon, and peach cobbler! Every morning was something new and delicious! The conversations were so interesting. Sharing stories with other guests and Gordon and Linda's as well. The bathroom was adorable with a soaking clawfoot tub, soft white towels, and adorable decor. Every evening when we ended our day there were always freshly baked cookies for us to enjoy for a little evening sweet treat. Water and soda in the sitting room were always chilled for us in the mini-fridge. This B & B is a hidden gem and we were so grateful to come across it! Thank you so much, Gordon & Linda. We will definitely return when we come back next year!
