You should change beds. It is very uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep at all. I woke up every hour at night.
Also don’t expect to see the ocean.
Views from windows are sucks.

Quality of food and drinks is amazing. Amount of different options, just beyond imagination. This place is really hard to beat for an all inclusive. Live music, shows, places to go and things to do, it just never ends. Place is huge. Fun never ends. Time is never enough. Personnel makes you feel at home. This is my 3rd time at this hotel (the grand), Its impossible to get bored. Great place for all ages. There is a lot to do for everybody. No matter the age.

Too much sales for purchase membership things.
I said I am okay but They did not give up. Very tired of that. At the first time, I said I am okay with the membership, the sales employee said bad word to my back in Spanish. I know that was bad word. And Food quality was terrible. When I ordered room service for Pizza, I got very low quality pizza it was not better than grocery store's frozen pizza. I will never go there.
It was terrible experience for me. Do not go there.

Clean, nice food options, pools and waterpark very fun, very polite staff except for the way they are told to repeatedly badger guests in an effort to commit to returning. Some long waits to order poolside and to even get towels! Overall pretty good experience for a first timer at an all inclusive.

This property is amazing and well worth the extra money for the Grand - you get more luxury, better food options, less crazy pools, and top notch service. The only downside to this resort (though I think it applies to almost everywhere I've been in Mexico) is the constant hard sell for membership, return certificates, excursions, etc.

Everything good except they push themselves so hard on you to buy their membership and if you don’t buy or respond they get little bit happy about it .

Place was definitely 5 stars, they thought of everything. Food was 5 stars, waterpark for kids was top notch, and entertainment at night was worthy. When we got there they upgraded us to a “VIP” room, but it only had one king size bed. We needed two queen size beds because there were four of us. So we had to switch back to a standard room.
