자연친화적인 곳이에요. 자전거를 타고 호텔을 구경하며 코아티, 도마뱀, 이구아나까지 여러 동물도 만날 수 있었어요. 바로 앞 바닷가도 멋지고, 맛있는 음식을 제공하는 식당도 많아서 호텔에 있는 동안 행복했습니다.

21 years since we last visited Moon Palace and we will not wait as long again. The resort, although large with the addition of the Grand is so efficient. The staff call you by name, from the bellboy, to the lobby and the waitstaff. The staff are what make this place special and they work super hard and always with a smile. The lobby shuttles and the golf buggy service around the resort is great. The one let down is the beach. The sand is beautiful but like many resorts the seaweed is a major issue. This though did not spoil our stay.

During my stay at the Moon Palace Hotel in Cancun, the last night was very unpleasant. When we entered our room, it was infested with ants, including on our clothes. We contacted the hotel, and they changed our room, but the problem with ants on our belongings remained. Additionally, the new room was not suitable for three people, making our stay uncomfortable. This experience caused significant inconvenience, and I am seeking appropriate compensation for the issues we faced.

because of I’m from it so about through ******* didn’t like it. I keep saying I have to talk to ******* at the whole thing and then customer service trying to come all the time it says I have to pay the taxes this and that I thought I’ll pay all exclusive..

I did not like the raccoons on the property they are too big and scary at night and it’s over 600 of them they need to get that removed and the golf cart transportation is very slow and it makes you miss reservations they need to be quicker with pick up times other than that I love it

We stayed at Nizuc for one night before moving to Grand but Nizuc didn’t disappoint us and wouldn’t mind staying couple of nights again if I will have too.

Oceanfront suite: From August 8-12. Was clean and comfortable with a king bed, ocean-view balcony, tub, shower, mini fridge (restocked daily), and liquor dispenser. Pools were huge, clean, and never crowded. Buffet had great variety; hibachi at Sunrise was the best specialty restaurant, but the Mexican restaurant in Nizuc was disappointing. Plenty of kid-friendly areas, arcades, mini golf, and easy transport around the resort. Staff were outstanding—attentive and friendly, with fast check-in and luggage help. Atmosphere is relaxed and family-oriented. Downsides: resort credits feel like a scam (16% tax on inflated prices) and the membership sales pitch is pushy. Overall, beautiful property, great service, and perfect for families.
