Entertainment / Activity crew were so great and such hard workers. Elisa was the best and responsive. Thank you so much! The theatre was awesome, sometimes showing times earlier than expected. And when we asked for volume control she was right on it. Daniel and Angel really stole the show every day with water aerobics and helped us with karaoke. Samantha was a blast and so friendly. Thank you all for a great time!

We just returned from a fabulous family vacation at Sensira. We are a family of five (our daughters 12, 10, 5) we are extensive travelers and go on several family vacations a year. Sensira exceeded our expectations from the check-in to the departure, it was a breeze. The staff were spot on in all departments. -Our bedroom was spotless every day. -I liked that we did not have to keep track of towel, keys or wristbands. - The food was delicious! Thank you to the sweet lady who made me chicken enchiladas every day at the omelette station. I loved the Italian restaurant and my husband liked the steak restaurant even our 12-year-old ordered a filet mignon- which was a treat! - Our girls enjoyed the daily visit to the ice cream shop. - We enjoyed the entertainment team and especially for us liked that it was only 30 to 45 minutes long after a long day. - Now let me focus on the pool staff, what an incredible group of individuals, OLIVER, ANGEL and JOSHUA made our trip! They were so amazing kind, and friendly to our daughters and OLIVER worked so hard tirelessly and effortlessly to bring us drinks and food to everyone at the pool. He did not stop. He needs a raise! - Beach volleyball was fun too! I’m not going to say how many fish tacos we ordered throughout the trip but those were a must have, not to mention the hamburgers and hotdogs and chicken tenders. I feel like we gained 10 pounds but it was worth it! -I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel and I think there’s even a zip line. It was just incredible. Thank you Sensira we will be back!

This resort was great and we look forward to coming again. We have been to several different resorts in the past few years and this one is one of the best we have been to. All the staff very helpful. Thank you to Manager Carlos for helping us and our family after my mother in law had her unfortunate accident. Every staff member was very caring and helpful. I would like to recognize the extreme helpfulness from staff like Isaias, Oliver, Keyla (baby adventure). Felipe was also amazing was a great waiter during our dinners. Felipe made our dinners more enjoyable and recommended many great drinks and food.

The staff and management is one of the most amazing and kindest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The rooms are the nicest and the pillows are amazing: the cleanliness of the place is amazing and the architecture is without other. The place lifeguard, Enrique, was just the best with his kindness and attention to our safety and comfort. Samantha is amazing with the kids and always looking for their safety. Francisco and Alejandro always attentive to our need at the pool. The spa was the best part. Juan Pablo was very warm and explained to us all the options we had at the Spa and Ofelia gave me the best massage ever. All the experience was very comfortable, worthwhile and made my vacations really relaxing.

Exception service from all the staff! Everyone was so attentive to all our needs and especially allergy restrictions for our son.Thank you, Alina and Itzel, for making our visit so enjoyable. great service at this resort, especially from the cheerful Alina and Itzel, hostesses at the Pergola restaurant, who immediately knew our names and how many people were in our party, as well as the fantastic Francisco, who took great care of us at the family wedding events we attended. the staff in the recreation area even turned on the hockey game for us so we didn’t have to miss our team in the playoffs! this is a very family-friendly resort, a little bit noisy but everything quiets down by 11 p.m. the food is fine considering they have to try to cater to every taste. but really, the staff do a wonderful job and the service is excellent. thanks for a great stay, Sensira team!
