The check-in and checkout was smooth. The rooms were very nice and spacious and well cleaned. The food was really good from all three of the restaurants and the main cafeteria. The main problem was with the beach closed because of the seaweed which we were not made aware of in advance or upon arrival. The hotel gave no options to take guest to clean beaches where we could swim in the sea. The other issue was with the service some waiters and workers had very good service such as Ana in the restaurants, but on a couple of occasions we had poor service including one time when a waiter was insulting us in Spanish to his fellow waiter, unaware that we spoke Spanish. Plus we get tired of the “bad face” attitudes when we either do not tip or give a tip which clearly the workers all over just do not appreciate. Perhaps it’s a culture issue, as the worse we see is in Mexico, but it should not be present in the hospitality industry.

I had the pleasure of having Rafael Galaz, Marcos Trejo and Joao kintal as butlers, but I also truly enjoyed all of the staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Any time I needed help, or to reserve anything they were right there to assist. And the price for an all inclusive resort and spa for 3nights were at a nice price. The food was decent, especially their mexican and steakhouse. The buffet breakfast was my favorite. The Amber room was nice, loved the bed. The jacuzzi and balcony was nice. Love the Amber Room perks as well, and that VIEW WAS AMAZING!! Cons; maybe better side food dish options in the restaurants. The adult hot tub wasn’t working, and the worse part is the beach wasn’t enjoyable. It smelled very bad, and it was lots of seaweed and not clear waters but I still think it was a beautiful view! Thank Mother Nature and thunderstorms ⛈️ But even with all that, I can honestly say I would be back.

This hotel is very nice. The spa was the best part! I had Alicia and Yesenia as my therapist and let me tell you it was the best massage I’ve ever had! The front desk spa receptionist Juan Pablo and Connie and the spa valet estefani also made the experience very welcoming! The only con that I would say about this hotel where the rooms and pillows and covers had a mildew/ musky smell and the sheets alway felt damp even when service came and cleaned. But overall I would give this hotel a 8.9/ 10

Such great time with the kids! The place has tones of activities for the kids (mine are 7 and 10 ). They enjoyed the mini golf, the indoor trampoline and the ZIP LINE! The guys that coordinated the zip line were really nice to the kids. Daniel and Yosher super fast!

There are many things that are great about Sensira: short ride from the Cancun airport; staff is excellent, hardworking, and eager to make your stay wonderful; resort is overall very well kept and clean; rooms are excellent size and nicely appointed with great views from most of the rooms; entertainment staff is engaging, friendly and high energy; many activities for younger children; food is mostly acceptable for an all-inclusive. Overall a solid 3.5-4 stars for our week stay. We had 2 rooms: Ruby Suite and Agatha King. Ruby Suites have exceptional views, but so did the Agatha King. Agatha King was dead-center of the resort and had a wonderful view of the ocean. Our butlers for Ruby (Marcos, Rafael) were extremely kind, attentive and did not hesitate to assist for any requests or needs we had each day. Amazing people and your service was top-notch! My older teens in the Agatha Suite were also attended to by them if necessary even though they are not required to. Thank you gentlemen! Rodeo Grill is the best restaurant on property—we ate there twice. Ivan was amazing on both occasions. Mexican was ok and we did not try Italian. La Pergola (buffet) was also great and we mostly had breakfast here—Francisco is awesome! FYI—As a ‘woman of a certain age’ breakfast time can be very ‘warm—resorted to room service breakfast for the last half of our trip. More ventilation is would be amazing here! Galerie de Sens was interesting and a fun food journey. Staff is great and the sommelier is also amazing! We did pay $95 for a $21 bottle of wine, but if it supports the staff I was glad to do it. Room service is relatively fast and the food here is also great (there is a service charge unless you have Ruby Suite—not sure about Amber and Sapphire but anything below these tiers will probably incur the charge). This is a family resort but I the activities are mainly geared toward younger children. I do not believe this is on purpose though. Depending on what kind of children you have, and the things they enjoy, teens may potentially feel left out, but it is what you make it after all. Pools are pretty good—main pool has the activities, kids pool has play structures for them to enjoy, as well as the most shade in my opinion, adults only pool is quiet. Swim up bar is at the main pool, but poolside staff seems to be pretty diligent about attending to guests’ needs. Suri and Angel are hardworking and awesome! Poolside Las Brisas also has great food options! Entertainment staff is fun! Angel (Chocolate) is great! Rest of the team is too! There are not enough umbrellas at the main pool—people were up with the sunrise reserving chairs. Looking at the resort, the arc of the sun moves west to east so keep that in mind. Ocean is unsuitable for swimming and the water is brown directly in front of the beach. The staff attempted to keep the beach clean but this is beyond their control. When we arrived the piles of sargassum were decently sized and not very good-smelling, b

Couldn't be happier with the week I spent at Sensira! Joined a family trip last minute, I wasn't part of any planning, so I didn't know what to expect but from the moment we got there, it was fantastic. The staff were all friendly, my room (Agatha King) was perfect for me, and the food was delicious. A big shout-out to Angel (Choco) and his team for all the activities they had going on throughout the day, every day. He knew just how to get people involved and having fun. Pros: • Tasty food at the restaurants. • Buffet rotates food options every day. • Fun dance shows at night (definitely better than most I've seen at other resorts). • Lots of things for kids (and adults) to do: Mini putt, Basketball, trampolines, zip line, billiards, video games, boardgames, etc... • Main pool with activities and pool bar, a kids pool, and an adults only pool when you need a more relaxing atmosphere. • Angel! Cons: • We went during sargassum season, so there wasn't much going in the water at the beach, but that's every resort at that time of year in the area. • I was really looking forward to a good run and coke, but the resort only has Pepsi. The drinks were still great otherwise. • Mini putt needs more shade. It's on a roof, which has a nice view, but it's real hot up there in the sun. • It would be nice if the Knights Pub was open after 11. If you want a drink after 11, the only option is the club. • I was pleasantly surprised with turndown service on my second evening, but it only ever happened that 1 night. Overall, even though it was the smallest resort that I've been to, I never found it lacking in any way. My family and I had a great week and I'll definitely be recommending the resort to friends!

Samantha and Yosher did an outstanding job managing the kids’ activities—especially the zip line, which was a huge hit! Our children had an incredible time, thanks to their energy, attentiveness, and enthusiasm. They made sure every child felt safe while keeping the excitement levels high throughout the day. These two are truly invaluable members of your team.
